This brand new Isle of Palms home features a private heated swimming pool (heated upon request only, see fees below); elevator that goes to all floors; outdoor shower; high speed internet (Internet services are not guaranteed to work with your equipment. We cannot provide support for guest's personal computer systems.); TV and alarm clock in every bedroom; wide screen plasma TV in living room; 1200sqft. of decks and partial ocean views from the top deck.
1st Floor: On the first floor is the pool deck, living room, powder room, kitchen, dining room, breakfast nook and two king bedrooms. Each king bedroom on this floor has a private bath with a hairdryer in each. The living room features an HD wide screen plasma TV, and DVD player. The powder room can either be used from the pool deck or the living room. The kitchen is state of the art with stainless steel appliances. It also has a dual oven, stove top in the island, and a drawer microwave under the counter.
2nd Floor: On the second floor are 5 bedrooms. One bedroom has two queen beds and it shares a bath (with a hairdryer) with a bedroom with king bed. The remaining three bedrooms each have a king bed and private bath each with a hairdryer. The laundry room is also on this floor with a washer and dryer.
3rd Floor: On the third floor are the final 3 bedrooms plus a TV room. The master bedroom has king bed, balcony with partial ocean views, and while the other two bedrooms each have two extra long twins in each that can be converted to a king bed upon request with at least 2 days notice. All three bedrooms share a large deluxe bath with large shower, jacuzzi bath tub, toilet and bidet room, and large double vanity. The TV room has a queen sized sleeper sofa which offers additional bedding. Also in the TV room is a wet bar with a refrigerator and sink.

Just returned from staying at this home with my entire family, parents, five grown children with spouses and countless grandchildren. Pluses - amenities were more than stated in the info provided - three fridges, countless plates, glasses, serving dishes, flatware, three toaster, double oven, etc.... Very close to beach with very easy assess. Extra tables with folding chairs to fit more in for dinner. Pool is MUCH larger than it appears in photo! Tons of nice outside sitting. other fun perks were other renters had left pool toys, fun for the kids!!! Negatives - in a residential community, quiet after 10, - neighbor was not very pleasant on one side but on ther other was great, we did not know it was not our responsibility to take out garbage - we did (no big deal) they brought ice cream for the kids. Although the kitchen was very, very well stocked, it is small for the size of this home. House has already seen some wear - a couple of broken chairs, spots on carpet - regardless of these cons I would highly recommend this home for a big group! We had 6 vehicles no issue with parkingRecommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, people with disabilities.

Yes, we do provide a service that rolls out the garbage for our guests & bring them back in. Thank you for letting us know about the broken chairs as we have replaced them and had the carpets cleaned. Glad you thought the kitchen was stocked well and were able to utilize the extra tables & chairs.
