This lovely Park City mountain condominium is a great choice for a ski vacation or escape from hot summer heat. This home has been newly remodeled with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, contemporary/rustic decorations, iPod players and a brand new hot tub.
The condo is in Park City proper (not Kimball Junction or the Canyons) and is a quick five minute drive to Park City Ski Resort, 10 mins to Deer Valley and the Canyons. It is located on the free bus line, so one can easily travel to any ski resort or Main street in minutes. Parking is quite difficult to find in these busy areas; taking the bus line removes the hassle of trying to find parking. Restaurants, shops, theaters and grocery stores are all within a five minute drive or walking distance if desired. Some other favorite things to do in Park City are visiting the Utah Olympic Park, shop at the Park City Outlet Mall or go ice skating at the rink.
Directly behind the condo is the NEW Park City Raquet Club. There are six indoor tennis courts, basketball courts, pool, hot tub, work out rooms and more. No membership is required.

Why the Owner Chose Racquet Club
We have skiied everywhere but always end up back at PC. Park City has THE best skiing, it is only 40 minutes to an international airport and our condo is only 5 to 10 mins (easy access) to three of the best ski resorts in America.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Easy access to the free bus line from our Condo. Easily walk in ski boots as the bus stop is only 75 yards from our condo.

Thank you so much for sharing your home away from home with us. We enjoyed every second and will surely return. All of the little touches in the townhouse made it so nice...from the coat hangers adn comfortable bedding to having extra toilet paper and soap available. I have stayed so many places that were stripped down, with towels like sandpaper and 100 thread count sheets. You guys didn't go cheap on the extras and that was something that I really appreciated. We loved it all!! The perfect amount of skiing, food, relaxation and romance. We love your place and we love Park City.

What a great base camp for a week of Summer Sports. Our days have begun with an inspiring dose of long bike rides followed by mountain biking, trail running and playing in the pool, and lots of lazing around. Thanks very much.

What a wonderful and cozy home to spend a family vacation. It brought us all closer together sitting by the fire and time in the hot tub. Beds were comfy and location perfect. Children learned how to ski and spent quality time together. Thank you for everything...
