This beautiful gated community has quiet roads, walking paths and a sheltered private beach on Lake Winnipesaukee's Paugus Bay. A quick 5 minute walk from this unit to South Down's Tennis and Basketball courts.

Wake up to the sound of birds chirping in the surrounding woods to start your day, or keep the windows closed and enjoy the central air conditioning when you want that extra few hours of sleep in the morning. If you just "have" to do some work, you will appreciate the high-speed wireless internet service.

There is always something to see and do at Lake Winnipesaukee, the largest lake in New Hampshire and commonly referred to as the "big lake". Laconia's fine restaurants are minutes away, and Meredith offers old town charm and tourist shopping galore.   • Our family was fortunate enough to spend a wonderful 2 weeks in this cozy and comfortable condo this past August. It was our first family trip to New England and the condo couldn’t have been better. The kitchen has everything a cook needs, all of which worked beautifully. The king bed was very comfortable (my husband and I are very picky about our bed!) and, it was so quiet, we sometimes slept in until 10 a.m.! Even though there are other condos nearby, when you’re on the back deck you feel like you’re looking out on your own little piece of forest. The sandy, private beach is within walking distance, very clean, and great for kids of all ages. We are an active family, and were surprised at how much there was to do in the vicinity: boating, swimming, hiking, train rides, etc. We even tried zip-lining, which was great fun! At the end of a busy day, we could come back to the condo, relax in the living room or on the back patio, watch movies or play in the game room. We highly recommend this condo, and would definitely stay there again.
