Come enjoy our home at Lake Gaston. In a beautiful neighborhood with plenty of places to take that early morning walk, run or bike ride. Close to area restaurants and 5 minutes from Food Lion.
This home is situated on a flat lot, close to the water with a gorgeous main lake view. Our dock is spacious with a place to tie up your boats. We have a deck overlooking the lake with a comfortable dining area, well shaded but providing a spectacular view of the water. Our ranch home is a great rental for older adults who have difficulty with steps. Also equipped with wireless high speed internet.
Our home has 4 bedrooms, a master with a queen bed, 1 with a queen bed, 1 with a queen bed and a set of bunks, one with a queen bed and a twin bed. Can sleep 11 comfortably and accommodate multiple families with ease with the 3 full baths. We have a comfortable great room (2 sofas and a loveseat) with a spectacular view of the water. At meal time there is ample seating inside with a spacious bar in the kitchen accommodating 7 for meals/snacks as well as an oak table seating 6. Newly installed stainless steel Whirlpool appliances in large kitchen overlooking great room. Freshly painted interior with newly installed wall to wall carpet throughout.
Our deck has a gas grill and table with seating for 6 to enjoy dinner outside overlooking the water. There is also plenty of seating down on the dock with a new italian tile table and cushioned chairs (6), swing , picnic table and lounge chairs. All you need to bring is your family and friends.
At the end of the dock there is 6-7 feet of water. There is room for 2 boats, a ski platform and easy steps access to the water. Great swim area for smaller children near the steps. There is also boat launch access in the neighborhood.
Renters must be 25 years of age to lease. Absolutely NO pets and No smoking. Maximum Occupancy 11.
