The description did not do this Ketchum jewel justice! A lovely renovation in a quiet neighborhood. Location close enough to walk to town, and a beautiful path led to a riverfront bench to enjoy the river. Great kitchen and living spaces--and the choice of patios enabled us to enjoy the sun as it moved throughout the day. I'd suggest some patio furniture by the hot tub, but other than that, it was an ideal rental. The owners were extremely helpful.

Wonderful home in a quiet, walk-to-town, walk-to-river neighborhood. Listing photos and description accurately represent this well-maintained, modern, thoughtfully designed and chic Sun Valley property. Especially delightful for families with children, the home has a game/playroom as well as a separate "wing" of the house away from the master bedroom with a guest room as well as a very nice bedroom with bunk beds. Our family especially enjoyed this home's many decks and we spent many evenings relaxing in the hot tub next to a blazing fire in the outdoor fireplace and gazing at the stars in the sky overhead! We highly recommend this property and would stay again during any season (we visited in August).

Since Sun Valley was new for all of our family, we relied on accurate information regarding location, space, quality of this home and we were absolutely delighted with all. This lovely and unique home offers open space for larger gatherings and yet lots of private spaces as well. It was a quiet, wooded and yet convenient location, minutes from both the Main St. of Ketchum or the Sun Valley Resort, which is where all our wedding celebrations were held. The hot tub, grill and fireplace outdoors on the patio added to the enjoyment and all the home decor was so tastefully done - we all loved it! thank you to the owners who were so quick to respond to the emails throughout the whole process, including a very prompt refund of our deposit. We highly recommend this home and hope to have a repeat stay someday.

My wife, mother-in-law, pooches, and I stayed for five nights at this excellent home in Ketchum. The house is clean, extremely comfortable, and nicely designed. We had plenty of room to spread out, a place to park the car when it snowed (heated garage) and a wonderful neighborhood to walk in. We definitely recommend this home to persons interested in exploring Ketchum and Sun Valley--particularly if they have high standards in rental homes.

We have been to Sun Valley many many times. This location and this home were perfect! It is an easy trip to both River Run and Warm Springs lifts. The YMCA is within walking distance and downtown very close. It is perfect for two families. The kitchen is very well laid out, and the large table perfect for family dinners. The bedrooms are nicely positioned for privacy and quiet.

We are two single moms and four kids from Boulder Colorado that had a wonderful time while vacationing in Sun Valley. This home is located in a family friendly, quiet neighborhood. The house was clean, sunny, artistic and perfect for almost anyone. I highly recommend booking this property!

Our family (with three kids) had a fabulous time and loved this house. It's very inviting, new, modern and comfortable. It's nicely laid out with the living room, kitchen and three decks upstairs (which we loved), and bedrooms and kids room downstairs. Beautiful close-up view of Bald Mountain. It was the perfect house for our family who came for our wedding at River Run Lodge, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. The owners, Rob & Laura, are very nice, and we thank them kindly for sharing their lovely home.

This is a wonderfully located home for a visit to SV. We have been visiting for over 20 yrs and this was one of our favorite houses to walk to town and feel part of a little neighborhood.. Good views and very functional layout...not fancy but very nice.... Highly recommend for couple or a family

We had a wonderful stay at this property over Memorial Day weekend, 2010. The home is large and VERY comfortable and is conveniently located near the Big Wood River and just a short distance from downtown Ketchum. We will definitely be back!

We very much enjoyed our one week stay in this house in February 2010. The photos of the house are impressive, and when you arrive, you will see that this place lives up to them. The house is gorgeous, well laid out, on a quiet residential street, but still close to the bus line that takes you to the ski lodge or to downtown. Everyone was great to work with and we hope to come back again.
