Please come and relax at our brand new riverfront townhome located in the Waters Edge community on Folly Island. Whether you're on a family vacation, couples getaway, or a business trip, our Townhome offers it all, from great views to free internet.

In addition to our fantastic views from two decks, we hope that you will enjoy the evenings while you cook on the grill, watch a game on our 32" inch plasma, surf the net (free wireless provided) or take a relaxing outdoor shower.

Our community has a beautiful pool on the Folly River along with a picturesque pier that is great for fishing or watching the sun set.

Looking for the ocean? Not a problem because Folly Beach is located just a few blocks from our front door. In a matter of minutes you could be surfing pier side, riding a bike along the Atlantic or reading a book while basking in the warm South Carolina sun!

After you work up an appetite, please make your way to Center Street (one block north) to enjoy all of the wonderful food and drink that Folly has to offer. Whether you are looking for great seafood, awesome burgers, cold beer, or a wine bar, Folly has it!

Our townhome currently sleeps eight comfortably (9 if you use the couch) - there is a king in the master, bunk beds (both full size) in the 2nd room upstairs and a queen in the downstairs bedroom.

  • This rental was fantastic. We had excellent communication with the Owner prior to booking our week. Everything was as stated in the listing, so there were no surprises. The walk to the beack was nice and the marsh views were very peacfull. We spent alot of time on the porch watching the differnt animals frolic in the marshes. The drive into Charleston was no problem. Just on arrival day, don't wait until 3pm or later to get onto the island, especially in the summer. We sat in traffic for about an hour, just to cross the bridge. Other than that, there was not much traffic. I would definately stay at this property agian.

  • What a great place! The views from the townhome were amazing. If you're looking for some fun in the sun, I highly recommend staying here. Can't wait to come back next year!!
