This is an very attractive and very well maintained three year old beach house we own in Ocean Lakes.This three year old beautiful, five-bedroom, three and one-half bathroom, oceanview beach house on stilts sixth house back sits 120 feet from ocean access on the wide road next to the Holiday Inn and is located on site 1185 in Ocean Lakes in Myrtle Beach, which is a family-oriented, 24-hour gated, security patrolled community with a multitude of amenities. Ocean Lakes is located about 10 minutes from downtown Myrtle Beach and is the most complete oceanfront campground on the East Coast.
With nearly a mile of privately owned beachfront, it features eight fresh water lakes, a recreation center with supervised activities for children such as day camps, fire engine rides and playground activities. Facilities on site in the campground include a heated indoor pool a outdoor olympic size pool and three kiddie pools, golf cart rental, three snack bars and an arcade with 80+ games, an outdoor theatre with scheduled events, playgrounds, basketball courts , shuffle board, skateboard park,miniature golf, a full-time recreation staff, and a mile of beach all within the community grounds all on over 300 acres.
This house with three oceanview decks, two lower decks and one upper deck,has a open living room/dining room and kitchen floor plan with high 10 foot ceilings and beautiful large ceramic tile floors.The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, stove, two microwaves, and refrigerator with ice maker and a large serving bar located between the open kitchen and living room. There are also two dining tables; one is located in the kitchen alcove that seats 8, and the second smaller one is located adjacent to the serving bar and seats four and would be perfect for playing cards or games. There is also a 1/2 bath located next to the living room area. A carpeted master bedroom with a king size bed and a private full bathroom is also located on the lower level. There is also a private deck with oceanview access located off of the master bedroom. The washer and dryer are conveniently located off the kitchen.
The upper level, which is carpeted, has a center hallway with four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The two front queen bedrooms each have upper level deck access for ocean viewing. There is also a back third queen bedroom and a larger back bedroom that contains two bunk units that are a full bed on the bottom and a twin bed on the top. The two upstairs bathroom both have center hall access.
This house was also built with comfort in mind as it has two separate heat pumps for maximum cooling along with one large hot water heaters so you don't have to take cold showers unless you want to.
There is a telephone available for local calls only with extensions in all bedrooms.There is a large 27-inch TV with surround sound located in the living room. There are also four additional televisions located in four bedrooms and some have DVD players and all have extended cable. All you have to do is bring your linens and paper products, but if you don't want to bring your own linens, sheets, towels and washcloths, I can provide them for a additional $45. Cleaning products are provided for you to clean with at departure, or a cleaning service can be arranged for a additional $100.
Please note that because Ocean Lakes is a family-oriented community the rental of this house is intended for couples and families and not a group of young singles under the age of 25.
Upon arrival at Ocean Lakes, you will need to register your vehicle and pay Ocean Lakes directly $3.00 per day for parking pass.
From Memorial Day to Labor Day I will only accept weekly rentals Saturday to Saturday.

A deposit of $400 is required for reservation, and all money due must be paid 30 days prior to arrival date. If you would need to cancel and I am able to re-rent house, then all money would be returned to you except for $50 for administrative fee. |
