This property is sweet! 100 acre ranch on Spencer Lake is surrounded by 3,000 acres of state lands--your privacy is secured, and there is plenty to explore. The very cool town of Whitefish is 3.5 miles away--great night life, shopping and dining. The house is awesome--6,200 square feet, 6 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, three common areas, a game room, and can sleep up to 22 people. The cabin with two suites can sleep up to 16 people with a family style arrangement.
There is horseback riding, and all sorts of ranch activities available. The Indoor 60x100 arena is heated and can be utilized all year round to improve riding skills.
The outdoor 136x232 arena is a true western style arena where we conduct clinics, give lessons, and do ranch sorting and team penning with cattle. The arena is a great place to improve on your horsemanship and to try out barrel racing and other fun activities.
The Gazebo is a short relaxing scenic walk along Spencer lake. Take in the nesting geese, see the ducks, bald eagles, hawks, coyotes, deer and more while you make your way out to one of the most special
places on the property. Sit back and relax and let the Montana experience surround you.
