This is a two bedroom, one bath air conditioned mobile home with the second bedroom a loft and can accommodate up to 6 people. This home is set in a tropical landscape (palm trees, hibiscus, etc) with scenic views from all windows. You may enjoy drinks on the enclosed sheltered patio (even during rain showers), dine and watch the sunset on the covered patio, sun yourself from the open patio, front deck or 35’ of open water dock, and watch the sunrise from the bedroom. (You must open the blackout blinds to see it!)
Kitchen features include a microwave oven, cooktop stove and oven, standard size refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, pots and pans, and service for 12. If you prefer to cook outside a barbeque is available for that backyard delight. Accommodations include, 2 queen size mattresses in the loft, 2 futons in the living room, a full size bed in the private bedroom, cable TV in the living room, Master bedroom and the loft, Wireless internet, washer and dryer, 35’ of dock allowing your boat and gear to be parked right outside the door and much, much more. Located in a safe gated community with 24 hour security personnel, you can enjoy all the amenities of the park: deep water boat ramps, fish cleaning station, salt water swimming, tennis, basketball, bochi ball, clubhouse with pool table and events (including Saturday morning pancakes for a nominal charge), general store with groceries, bait and prepared meals ordered in advance, children’s playground, large pool and kiddie pool, hot tub, bath houses and community laundry machines. A small community charge allows you unlimited use of all facilities and will be collected at the time of arrival by park security. Parking is limited to one vehicle at the home; additional parking is $2.00 per day per vehicle in the overflow parking lot.
