Ocean side of condo - Wild Dunes Vacation Rental This 3 bedroom Beach Club Villa is oceanfront. The community pool in this complex is just steps away from your back door. Every reservation in this home comes with a Wild Dunes sports card. It gives you access to the Wild Dunes golf course, clay tennis courts, fitness center, Grand Pavilion Pools, and children's programs. This complex also has covered parking. It has a screened porch with seating to enjoy the ocean views on the first floor. The second floor has a deck for sitting or for sunning. This condominium has 3 bedrooms and 3 bath. There is a bedroom with a king bed, a bedroom with 2 queen beds, and a bedroom with 2 twin beds. There is also a queen size sleep sofa in the living room. There are hard wood floors in the living areas. The kitchen has marble counter tops and stainless steel appliances. MUST BE 25 years of age or older to rent this home! ***Discount: Cannot be applied to existing reservations. Minimum stay required. *Rates include taxes & cleaning *Email to inquire about nightly and holiday rates.
