Luxurious 9 bedroom home with amazing ocean views from every floor. Private swimming pool that can be heated during the winter for months (see pool heat fees below). This house is great for large families or corporate retreats. Every bedroom in this house can be queen or king and has a private full bathroom. The elevator goes from the top floor all the way down to the garage. It is right across the street from the beach and beach access path (less than 100 yards). The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances & hardwood floors throughout the living areas. Huge pool deck on the top floor. There is also a swingset & slide in the yard and a ping pong table & outdoor shower in the garage
1st Floor:
Master king bedroom has access to the front deck area, private bath with a Jacuzzi tub & shower.
2 more King bedrooms each with private bathrooms.
2 bedrooms each with 2 extra long twin beds that can be converted to a 2 king beds upon request with at least 2 days notice, each with a private bath.
1 more bedroom with 2 queen beds and a private bath.
2nd Floor:
The living areas are on this floor. This includes the spacious kitchen with a pantry; living room with wet bar that has wine cooler, ice maker, and sink.
There are 2 queen bedrooms on this floor with a full bath each. The dining area seats up to 24 people.
3rd Floor:
The third floor has a bedroom with a queen bed & a queen sleep sofa with a private bathroom.
This floor has awesome panoramic ocean views! The 12 x 24 (3-5 1/2ft deep) heated pool (heated upon request only, see fees below) has a huge deck. The deck runs the length of the house. It has a covered area for dining and a gas BBQ grill. There is also a separate bathroom with a shower for the pool.

As a note of caution we would like to remind you that this home is located in a residential area, and the community is very sensitive to inappropriate noise levels emanating from rental homes particularly in the evening hours. Therefore we cannot allow parties, and we must prohibit large gatherings at the pool area after 10pm. The noise ordinance is strictly enforced by the Isle of Palms police department.

*Pool Heat fees: 3 nights $100, 4-7 nights $200. We need 48 hours notice to have the pool heated in time for your stay.
