This suite is definitely a luxury rental. All the furnishings are high end and designer selected. Originally designed for my personal living but my circumstances changed.

You are leasing a suite that can certainly please even the most discriminating renter.

This is a high security building with key/fob controlled access to front doors, parking garage, gym, and recreation center. This property also has a 24 hour Concierge to assist in your needs

Best area in Vancouver. Close to EVERYTHING! Bike rentals, coffee houses, Zagat rated restaurants, banks. No need to wear a jacket to get to the grocery store. Gourmet grocery store accessible from the buildings garage or just a minute walk outside. Really...too much to mention but see the link to website for additional pics.

Beds	King Bed: Top of the line Serta mattress. 1 year old. VERY soft and incredibly comfortable. Convertible Bed: BD 2 is currently used as an office. The sofa bed is new and from American Leather. They have a patented sleeper system that makes this sofa bed seem like a real, very comfortable mattress. No back pains from this one!
Entertainment	Cable/Satellite TV: 42" new plasma in master bedroom. Hi Definition box + movie channels. DVD with surround sound. Personal DVR(for recording) bedroom 2 has cable with 32" Sony TV DVD CD Player (2) Stereo System (2) Shared Hot Tub: In building gym Shared Pool: Big indoor lap pool Sauna: In gym Pool Table

Fantastic handmade dishes and flatware from Thailand. EVERYTHING is top notch in the kitchen. Refrigerator: Top fridge, bottom freezer with ice maker.
