This house was built to entertain and accommodate small or large groups. There are two masters with private baths. The two guest rooms share a hollywood bath with separate sinks. The main floor includes an open concept living/dining along with a powder bath and utility room. One of the master bedrooms is on the main floor. All other bedrooms are upstairs along with a loft that has a sofa and tv.
Huge porches covered and uncovered welcome cool breezes year round. The boat dock offers a perfect place for safe swimming, fishing or whatever you desire.
Many memories can be made here at 1307 Tiki Drive.
