  Excellent property and is exactly as shown. Owner was very easy to deal with. Spent a month and wished we had not made prior commitments so we could have stayed longer. Had a great time fishing on the private dock and sunning on the banks of the St. Lucie river. Beaches and shopping nearby and easy to get to. Quiet and peaceful. Comfortable place to be and is clean and well maintained. This was our first visit and plan to return next year. My wife and I would absolutely recommend the Villa to anyone wanting a relaxing vacation.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway.

  We rented this Villa for the entire month of January. It is conveniently located to US-1, not far from Hutchinson Island, (beaches), 10 minutes from the mall, and only 15 minutes to Stuart. If Mets stadium. St. Lucie West, or Tradition is your destination, also about 20 to 25 minutes away. Within 5 minutes to Publix and restaraunts. Two golf courses within 5 minutes. Owner, (and relatives on sight,) are accomodating and willing to please. Villa was as shown in the pictures. Neat and clean! It's in a quiet location, near Club Med. and just off the North fork of the St. Lucie river. Has access to gated community pool. If you need more that one bedroom, one bath, this owner also has a larger villa directily on the St. Lucie River. We viewed this unit, and it also looked very nice! The waterfront view was exceptional! We would definetly consider returning to this villa, or perhaps upgrade to the larger one on the River.

  The villa is very neat and clean, just next door to Club Med, and is very convenient for kids coming to play the tennis at Club med. This villa has everything you need. My daughter and I love this place so much. One more thing I have to say the landlord is very nice and always respond my questions very quick. We will definitely come back next year.

  We loved every minute of our stay in this Villa. If I ever needed a thing the owners were so welcoming and accommodating. They are all about making sure the villa is all you hoped. We will definitely try to rent again, if available.

  This was a very nice rental, the villa has been kept in good condition, the owners is very welcoming. Beautiful country to play golf, shopping and beach. Nous recommandons cette villa, c'est un endroit tranquille, propre et le propriétaire est gentil. Il y de tout: Golf, plage, magasinage. Port St.Lucie c'est un endroit agréable.

  Recommended for: Age 55+.

  We rented this unit for 1 month. Clean and newly decorated, the owner is easy to work with. Missed having a Bar-b-Que but everything else was fine.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing.

  We stayed at this property for 2 weeks, from Mar. 20th to April 3rd. We had a nice stay and the accommendations were as advertised.
