Year Purchased: 2003

We have lived in Gulf Breeze for 14 years and love the fact that we can be in our beach condo enjoying the quite tranquality of the water in about 20 minutes. Mike is a retired Navy Supply Corps Commander and Diane is a ballet teacher. He knows clean and she knows nice so you have a very nice, very clean condo for your stay. We stay here and have all the basics to live like at home. We hope you make it your home for a few days to a few months.

Why the Owner Chose Pensacola

This condo overlooks the pool and the Gulf of Mexico on the SW corner of the building. It is not a direct view of the Gulf but a better view in that you can see miles of shoreline, miles of the Gulf, the sunsets and part of the intracoastal waterways. It is MUCH better than the direct Gulf views where you only see a six foot section of the water.

The Unique Benefits of this Condo

Enjoy walking to Peg Leg Pete's Restaurant just across the street. It is the favorite restaurant of all the locals. The condo is directly on the Gulf; you do not have to cross the street to get to the water. Convenient parking is located below the building with your car in the shade.

    • The location of this Condo is wonderful! It is right on the beach no crossing the street to get to the water. The pool is very nice too, covered garage parking is also a plus. Mike Moran was very easy to work with, returned our deposit promptly. Easy to contact and also reponded promptly with questions prior to our arrival. We would rent here again.

    • Terrific experience. Really enjoyed the stay here in 701. The unit was clean, well funished and the kitchen was very well equipped. The view is awesome from the balcony. The location is very convenient to everything you want to do or need, including beach, stores, etc. Parking was exceptionally convenient and laundry facilities right in the building. Dealing with Mike was a real pleasure - he arranged to have keys waiting for a late arrival, was easy to work with and the deposit was returned very promptly. Very professional. We'd gladly stay here again.

    • Thanks Mike for a wonderful experience.The San Souci unit #210 had the most breath-taking sunset we have ever witnessed. This was our second stay with Mike this year,and both were memorable.We will plan all our stays on Pensacola Beach with Mike.See you in July 2008.
