Our 2nd Floor condo is located in the East Tower just a few steps from the shimmering sands and gentle waves of Panama City Beach. It is a much sought after type "B" floorplan where every room has a spectacular Gulf view. Even better, it's an "08" with a super sunset view.

We have rented a pair of beach chairs with umbrella at no extra charge to you. In use from March 1 to October 1 each year. Sure to give much fun for your family.

For your convenience, we have added local and long distance calls within US at no cost to you. You will also enjoy having the use of DSL Hi-speed internet and wireless right inside your own condo at no additional cost to you.

You won't believe your eyes! The sunrise and sunset views from your private balcony are incredible. Look east and west, up and down the beach and straight out to the Gulf of Mexico. Coffee on the balcony is the best. Why settle for anything less?

The beach casual living room has a comfortable queen sleeper sofa with plenty of seating. Relax and enjoy reading a beach novel from our collection or enjoy a beautiful view of the Gulf Of Mexico. If that's not enough, you can watch your favorite TV program on our 50" plasma TV, C/D, DVD, Stereo Surround System. If you're a music lover, you'll really tune in to our premium stereo system.

Our fully equipped kitchen is great for preparing your favorite eats and treats! If you don't feel like cooking, there's no need to drive, just walk through Sunbird's exclusive gate directly to the world famous Pineapple Willy's Rib Restaurant for a wonderful lunch or dinner on his pier.

The luxurious king sized bedroom has a sliding glass door opening onto the balcony. Listen to the waves while you stretch out and float away. The bedroom has its own TV so you can watch your shows while the kids watch theirs. The tropical ceiling fan will keep you cool and comfortable. The bedroom has a swivel rocker recliner, too!

You will love the convenience of this condo being located so near shopping, restaurants and amusements. Sunbird is a gated community that is family oriented. We invite you to make this condo your "home away from home" and we know you'll love staying in our condo.

  • My husband,13 yr old son,and I stayed in this condo from June 6-June 12,2009.We have been going to Panama City for the past 20 years so you know we have stayed in several different places. This has to be the nicest place that we have ever stayed at. The view was great. Every room that you are in, you can see the beach. The only problem we had is that we didn't want to leave the room...it was so nice! They have it decorated so cute and it was very cozy and clean. The Millers are the nicest people to deal with and that makes your stay so much more pleasant. We honestly did not want to leave. We will definitely be back! Can't wait till next year...

  • Me, my husband, and our three children stayed in 208 E from 7/4/09-7/11/09. The pictures from the internet did not lie. This condo was so beautiful! The view was amazing from every window. Having a second floor condo was very convenient for us with the kids. Our youngest is 4 months old, so she could not go out to the beach. My husband and I took turns taking the other kids out for fun in the sun. We still got to sit out on the balcony and watch them while they were at the beach or in the pool. My favorite part of the whole trip was waking up in the morning and sitting out on the balcony with coffee, just listening to the waves and enjoying the beautiful view. The Miller's are the nicest people to deal with. We very much enjoyed staying at your condo. My husband and I are hoping to return for an "alone" trip next summer. We will for sure stay with you again! Thanks for everything!

  • We had a wonderful time in 208E. We stayed during "Thunder Beach Bike Week" and still had a quiet stay! We had everything we could possibly need in the unit and were within walking distance of everyhing else. Thanks to the Millers for sharing their beautiful place with us. We loved it!

  • My husband and I stayed here January, February and the first part of March/09. From the moment we entered the condo we felt right at home. The place was exactly as pictured and was extremely clean. We enjoyed every moment we were there and never tired of the view. Also, the Millers are wonderful people to rent from - if you need anything, just call and if at all possible they will accommodate you. Our entire stay in Panama City Beach was fantastic and we certainly hope we will be able to return.

  • We chose Sunbird 208E for our family vacation. This room is exactly as pictured and very beautiful. There is an amazing view from every room. The room was extremely clean and perfectly decorated. We really enjoyed the beach chairs which were provided. The Millers are just as amazing and because of this we have booked this same room for another week in August. We will definitely be staying with the Millers every year, this is our new family tradition.

  • MY HUSBAND AND OUR TWO CHILDREN STAYED HERE IN MAY FOR VACATION AND ALSO A FRIEND.WE WERE EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THE CONDO. THE BEST VIEW EVER OF THE GULF, NOT ONE DAY WENT BY THAT WE DIDNT SEE THE DOLPHINS.THE CONDO WAS VERY NICE AND CONFORTABLE, SO NICE WE STAYED AN EXTRA NIGHT. THE MILLERS ARE SUCH NICE PEOPLE WE WILL BE STAYING AGAIN AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
