The unit is on the third floor of a three story building immediately on the ocean. One can see and hear the waves on the beach with an unobstructed view of the beach from the unit.
There is a nine hole, three par golf course which is free except for a $3 fee from January through March. Ten tennis courts, bocci ball, as well as three heated swimming pools and an exercise center. The entire resort is well maintained and beautifully landscaped.
We enjoy long walks on the beach. Walking to the south, you can walk for miles along virtually undeveloped beach.
