  This cabin was amazing!! My friends and I chose to stay at this mountainside retreat instead of spending spring break at the beach. We could not have been more happy with our decision to stay here. The views are gorgeous and there are fun activities in the town like horseback riding, Pappy's village, and lots of thrift stores. I would recommend staying here to anyone!

  We enjoyed the beautiful views from both decks. This home has a well-equipped gameroom, hot tub on the lower deck, and plenty of space for several people. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Shopping is plentiful in Blue Ridge and Blairsville. There are several state parks and wineries nearby. Highlands, Cashiers, Dillard are a couple of hours away for short day trips. I would recommend this mountain home to friends.

  This rental is incredible. The cabin has everything that anyone would want. The view is spectacular and it is only 4-5 miles from Vogel Nat. Park. Jim Smokin Q is just 5 minutes away and has some of the best barbacue that we have ever had.(only open Thurs.,Friday and Sat.) The owner of the cabin is great to work with.

  What a fantastic house! We loved it. You couldn't ask for more in a mountain house. The view from the huge back deck was breathtaking - especially at sunset. Looking across the valley to the purple and blue mountains in the distance with the orange sun setting through the evening mist was nothing short of perfection. We put the beautiful kitchen and the state of the art grill on the deck to good use and finished off most of those wonderful evenings with a soak in the hot tub on the lower deck before falling asleep in those comfortable beds to dream about tomorrow. Everything was a real treat from the great game room on the lower level to the scenic two-story windows in the towering "great room" upstairs. The furniture and accommodations were consistent and high quality. The style was tailored just right for an imaginative mountain home. Our family enjoyed our stay to the "max." We certainly hope to return soon.

  My wife and I rented Mountainside Retreat for a weekend to celebrate our 15th anniversary. The entire experience was excellent. The location of the cabin was secluded, but still convenient to Blairsville and Helen. The house itself was immaculate. Very clean, comfortable, and luxurious. I hope that this is just the first of many stays we enjoy here. My wife and I have traveled to the Blarisville area for the past 6 years for our anniversary, and this home is our favorite. We had to reschedule our original date suddenly due to an injury to a family member, and the owner was very accomodating. I really appreciated his understanding. That type of consideration earns repeat business every time!

  The cabin is very very nice, very comfortable, beautiful view, this cabin has everything you need..... love the porch swing, hot tub, dining set on the porch looking at the mountains!!!! Owner is very very nice and quick with responses and easy to get a hold of on the phone with any questions..... We will rent again from this home owner, very good experience... Thanks again Kelly

  This is the second time I have rented the cabin. It is phenomenal place with every creature comfort one could ask. Our family will certainly rent this cabin again.
