We needed a house with plenty of space for 12 people (ages ranging from toddlers to teenagers to adults) with easy access to Keystone and A-Basin. This house was ideally located and the layout was perfect. We all said the pictures did not do it justice. The most notable feature by far, however, was the responsiveness of the owners, who came to the house to help when we had a question. We could not ask for a more comfortable, convenient, and fun house, or a more beautiful setting. Thank you!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.

Plenty of room for all of us...with enough space to get away from each other if we wanted that as well! Enjoyed the pool table, ping-pong table and foosball table...created mini tournaments with all the college-aged kids. Convenient to skiing/snow boarding. Beautiful walks as well. Photos were very accurate, property was clean and well maintained, owner was extremely helpful providing information before our visit.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, pet owners, families with young children, girls getaway.

Great house and a super deal! We had a family reunion with our 4 children and their families...a total of 15 of us. We have little ones (2 yr old twins) up to us 60 yr olds and it was perfect for everyone. Amenities were perfect, kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking supplies. They even had some plasticware for the kids to use. We loved the access to the river and the kids spent hours with their fishing poles. We did use the community pool once and it was close by and fun for the whole family. Beds were comfortable and there were lots of bathrooms!! We are a big bike riding family and access to paths for the kids was great and of course, the adults loved riding at Keystone and Breckenridge. We went to breckenridge to the City's Community Pool and it was a ot of fun for the kids (slides for all ages). We did a rafting trip and went to the Breckenridge Adventrue park. .Overall I would give this house 5 stars and the location 5 stars!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

This house was perfect for our family vacation! The common areas were comfortable. All the bedrooms had walk-in closets, perfect for storing luggage. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and it was easy to prepare and serve meals. The location is great- easy access to the bike path that runs along side the river. Ellen was very easy to work with. I recommend this home for a great Keystone vacation!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers.

This house was well equipped with lot's of fun: pool table, ping pong, foosball, wonderful big table that we could all gather, huge hot tub, huge garage, well furnished, complete kitchen and so on. Over the years this place has been well loved and it shows. Not pristine but super accommodating and exceeded our needs. Owners were available if needed, but otherwise not around. We felt it was an excellent value and we would go back. Great location.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

Great, great, great location for summer and winter fun. The house was loaded with everything you need to cook. The back porch is 20 yards away from a great trail. The horse stables are within a 5 minute walk. If you walk across the street, you are 3 minutes from some great trails on the river. We easily slept 13 people without using couches. There are 2 awesome golf courses within a few minutes and another 10 minutes away. If you have a big group, this is the house. **There is a farmer's market in Dillon on Friday morning's and plenty of shopping within minutes. I'd suggest stocking up there vs. bringing everything with you**Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, families with young children, adventure seekers.

Had a great time, the cabin was large and had plenty of room to socialize in the living room/kitchen area. Would definately recommend this place. The only small complaint is that the shuttle stop to keystone ski resort is about a 5 min walk up the road (could have been closer). That being said, it worked great and we had a wonderful time.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, pet owners, tourists without a car, families with young children, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

My family has just finished a Family Dream Christmas Week together at this home and sometimes you may me apprehensive about booking a home you've never seen, but let me assure you this home is everything and more. It is not only roomy, plenty for our family of 15 children and grandchildren, it was very well equipped with all we needed. The snow was wonderful and this has a great yard for the children to play and be together. The home is also in a great location, close to everything, the slopes are wonderful and the huge private hot tub waiting for you is an added plus..it is professionally maintained every few days as I met the serviceman , so no worries there. If you are looking for a small group or a large group, this is the place I would choose and reccomend to all. You are welcome to email me any specific question, plus the Fulkerson's are great people to rent from, respect your privacy but right there if you need anything. One added note, the best thing we found in all our activies was the Artic Cat Tour at Keystone, only $35 and so much fun and fantastic sights and experience:)Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, families with young children, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

Thanks for the fabulous place to stay. We were warmed by the fireplace, roasted marshmallows in the back yard, hiked along the snake river, enjoyed the birds and stars and "monk chips", which were a delight to a toddler. The family was able to spread out and find peaceful nooks all over the house or play a game of ping pong or foosball or some pool whenever we wanted. After hiking we could go in the hot tub to relax sore muscles. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for 10 for a week. The place was clean, the location just right and the owner incredibly responsive. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place for many people. Just the perfect place to stay. Thank you!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, adventure seekers, girls getaway.
