  I had the rare opportunity to spend "a month by the sea" and Oak Villa was the PERFECT place to do so! The owners, Eugene and Jules, were wonderful and prompt in communication and in describing/presenting Oak Villa. The villa itself was absolutely perfect. A short walk to the ocean - an even shorter walk to the pool - and the tropical setting surrounding the villa allows for a beautiful view even in the September rains. We could not ask for a more quiet and peaceful - relaxing and rejuvenating - tranquil and refreshing place to have spent "a month by the sea" - ~ the villa's accommodations are clean and well-maintained ~ the owners are extremely helpful and prompt in their communication ~ the location is perfect for beach lovers and sightseeing - close to all that New Smyrna Beach and the surrounding areas have to offer We will be back! Thank you Eugene and Jules for creating such a lovely haven!

  Oak Villa is just amazing. We have just fallen in love with it. The home itself has everything you could want. All items included, clean, well decorated, just wonderful!. The neighborhood is quiet and welcoming.....just minutes to the beach. The owners are very easy to work with and so pleasant. We are so blessed to have found Oak Villa. Already looking forward to returning next year!!!

  The Oak Villa is so much more than the pictures and the website can convey. The Villa was so refreshing and relaxing, just the place to go to recharge. The kitchen is well appointed and the whole house is well equipped. The furnishings and decor are perfect for a beach get-away. The grounds are like a tropical garden with quiet, private seating areas. The owners were very helpful and have a large, information book with lots of places to visit in FL.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing.

  "My parents loved their vacations and want to come back next year if they are well. By the way where did you buy your wooden toucan (in the corner by TV)? They fell in love with it and want to have one of their own. :) Thank you again for having them. They keep saying that they liked it better then cruises and resorts as it felt like home away from home."

  I live 15 miles from the Oak Villa and rented it for my parents who were visiting all the way from Moscow, Russia. I made my decision based on the pictures but the reality exceeded expectations. Quite, well kept, beautiful place with well equipped kitchen. My parents enjoyed the nature: ocean, mature oak trees, lots of shady paths. Great, friendly owners.

  Recommended for: Age 55+.

  The Villa is beautiful, quiet, well equipped. The beds are comfortable with good linens, (master is low but comfortable) plenty of towels with a wonderful en suite bathroom, walk in twin head shower. The kitchen has GREAT pots and pans, a fast flat top stove (fr a Natural gas stove owner) and a good size fridge with freezer. Lots of dishes and glasses. The property is well maintained with maintenance people coming every week to make sure leaves are gone and shrubs are trimmed. Sea Woods is an awesome community people are somewhat older but have their young family visit, thus the complex itself is pretty quiet. The entire Sea Woods Village is set in an Oak forest with paths for walking and the Villa is set in a prime location within that forest. Its pools & other amenities are good, with only 1 of the 3 pools heated in the colder months that is a bit of draw back but only minor, they were never busy during our stay. (Nov & Dec) We bike and the beach, paths and area could not be better. Will we return, YES. If there was any draw backs it would be that there is no internet and only basic cable and a very basic TV, if that is not a need then this is a place to consider. Maybe I shouldn't say this cause then it may not be available when we would like to come back. :) Eugene is wonderful to work with and very accommodating. I have told him if I had the money and was in the Market to buy I would be after him to sell it to me..

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities.

  Your house is just wonderful to stay in . The furnishings, the landscape, it is a true getaway. We particularly enjoyed watching the wildlife and seeing the birds splash in the birdbath. Thank you so much!!
