Footprints is a large, modern, contemporary Grace Bay Villa rental in the Turks and Caicos, with private chef and maid service (included from 2012). Privately set in an acre of tropical grounds, the house enjoys 100 feet of stunning Grace Bay Beach frontage and a private pool. Every room enjoys breathtaking westerly ocean views, with 2 of the en-suites having ocean facing bath tubs!

A large outdoor summer lounge is a unique feature, bedecked with Dedon furniture, as is the sunset deck with a gas fire pit on the beach edge - to enjoy the wondrous sunsets. With an amazing Italian designer kitchen, Philip Starck sanitary ware, glass-walled dining room and second 'media' lounge (surround sound TV), this is the best in luxurious beach living. The house is perfect for a caribbean beach wedding too. Many have used Footprints for this and other events. This is the newest and most amazing Grace Bay Villa vacation home these fabulous islands have ever seen. We designed and built Footprints just a few years ago. We used a design unique and new to the island, being contemporary, stylish and expansive. We focused on the view the villa affords of the beauty of the ocean. With so many old styles of villa on the island, we knew the way forward was to create a villa which is fresh, chic and dynamic. A vacation home on the best beach with spectacular views.

Footprints sleeps 12. Each of the 5 bedrooms having its own bathroom of course! The lower floor incorporates an eye catching Italian kitchen complete with all the gadgets (including a fully automated espresso machine!). We have a glass walled dining room, surround sound media lounge, a large exterior summer lounge and its atrium with double height glass focusing, of course onto the ocean. All this set in an acre of manicured gardens, gated for your reassurance. The details of each room can be viewed below.

To ensure relaxation is the key to you stay, and thus we are proud we own and operate the villa ourselves. No off-island management for us. We and our staff look after you from your initial enquiry through to your arrival and your stay with us. If you need any help, advice or assistance we are right here. We hope we have thought of everything and more! As you would expect we load Footprints with lots of thick, fluffy towels, bathrobes, Molton Brown toiletries, beach towels, the best bed linen, beach toys, snorkel gear ... an outdoor pool table. TV’s in each room with Direct TV, IPod docks, beach and pool loungers and a beach side gas fire pit.

And finally, Footprints has been the venue for more villa weddings than any other. If you are planning on tieing the knot, on the beach, and relaxing in your own beach home during this special time, Footprints On The Beach is ideal for event up to 40 additional guests. We know and can advise on great caterers, photographers, hair and beauty etc.
