Footprints on the Beach, THE newest Grace Bay villa rental in Turks and Caicos, is a brand new contemporary mansion sitting directly on perfect Grace Bay Beach, the world's best beach (as voted at the World Travel Awards 2008, and winner for the 3rd successive year!). Privately set in an acre of tropical grounds, the house enjoys 100 feet of private beach frontage and has a lovely private pool with baby pool.
Every room is en-suite and enjoys breathtaking westerly ocean views, with 2 en-suites having ocean facing bath tubs! An outdoor summer lounge is a unique feature, bedecked with Dedon furniture, as is the sunset deck with gas fire pit, right on the beach edge - to enjoy the wondrous sunsets. With an amazing Italian designer kitchen, Philip Starck sanitary ware, glass walled dining room and second media lounge this is the best in luxurious modern beach living.
Footprints is located on the main island of Providenciales (Provo). The world famous Grace Bay is a 7 mile "smile" of perfect sand and the villa is located at the residential eastern end, reassuringly just far enough from the busy condo area, to ensure perfect peace and quiet for your vacation. The TCI is located just 1 hours flight from Miami, with flights also available from many other US cities, and from Europe, via London (e-mail us for the best flight information).
Provo is around 20 miles long and has a marvellous choice of beaches, restaurants, bars as well as a highly regarded golf course (5 mins from villa). It is known to be the safest Caribbean island and is perfect for families. The house is located at the most exclusive address, Flamingo Lane, neighboured only by a few similar large private homes. You even have a celebrity next door but one! The villa's grounds were created and planted by the designers of the Palms.
You will be looked after by our on-island management who will meet you at the airport and lead you to the villa, and be available at all times to help with anything you need.
We have already taken bookings for several weddings (the location is without doubt the most stunning on the island) and we have expanding experience in sourcing all the services you and your partner will need for a perfect wedding day. We designed and oversaw the building of this dream home ourselves and we will personally reply and help with your vacation planning. We included everything in the design that we know really matters - wondrous views and location, modern easy living spaces with all the features you would expect, private areas to relax in, great entertainment equipment, lots of things for your kids to enjoy (their room has an Xbox with "in-bed" controls!), a safe and fun pool and baby pool, wonderful fluffy towels and bath robes, stylish private bedrooms and bathrooms, all with their own unique features per room...I can go on, but just see our many pictures to see for yourself. We now offer, at a minimal extra cost (FREE IN AUG OR SEPT 2009!), a cook for your entire vacation!!!! Footprints have now employed its very own cook for its private guests to enjoy! Breakfast, lunch and dinner, made for you every day (or as many meals as you wish if you fancy eating out too!). Even better, all your groceries to suit your daily menus are purchased for you, so you need never cook or go to the supermarket during your entire vacation!! Please ask for details when booking.
