Footprints On The Beach was the 70th birthday celebration site for our three generational family. Everything we had hoped for was achieved. The island has an aloha atmosphere; the home is pristinely maintained; Nadine, the chef is fantastic and Cally, the owner, is over the top accommodating. With eleven travelling there are bound to be mishaps but within less than 24 hours a plumber and a dentist (long story) were at our service due to the care taken by Cally. I doubt that could have done stateside. ONE OF THE BEST VACATIONS WE HAVE EVER HAD !!

We stayed at Footprints at the end of June, 2010 for 8 days; there were 7 of us. The house is beautiful; Robin and Cally were great hosts - Nadine is fantastic - I highly recommend you get her cooking services while visiting; everything she made was great! Cally was able to point us in the right direction for activities; Big Blue Charters, Go with the Flow with Leonard (for a all day boat trip around the islands - we went to middle caicos for a crab festival; parasailing and great recommendations for restaurants as well. She helped gettings us transportation from the airport; got food and drink stocked before we arrived - we couldn't have asked for more. We basically had the entire beach to ourselves everyday; they have floats and rafts to use in the water. One thing to keep in mind, electricity is very expensive on the island so the amount they allow for your visit may not be enough, so expect to pay a little more. We would highly recommend this place to anyone; the house and grounds are kept up perfectly - Not only bring your sunscreen but Be sure to bring bug repellent too! The mosquitoes can be a little fierce. Thank you Robin and Cally for a wonderful stay!!!!!

My family (lots of teens!) had a fantastic vacation at Footprints Villa in March of 2011. Just walking through the door and staring straight ahead to the most beautiful color of water right at your feet. The Villa is stunning ---top notch everything. Perfectly maintained and the best location on the Island. Though our teens wanted to check out the nightlife, I never wanted to leave the property. Owners Richard and Cally were available at a minutes notice to answer any questions. Chef Nadine's cooking was a highlight of the trip. We can't wait to return!!

We just spent a wonderful week at Footrpints to celebrate our parent's 45th Wedding Anniversary. The house is immaculate and beautiful and all 5 bedrooms are spacious and very nicely appointed. Everything is at a 5 star level, from the kitchen to the pool and outdoor space. The beach is the nicest we've ever been to--pristine sugar-like sand, far from the crowds and the water is calm. While there we engaged the services of Chef Nadine, whose cooking was incredible. It was an ideal retreat for us (6 adults and 3 young children).

We enjoyed every minute of this beach front property. The beach is beautiful with the soft white sand and turquoise water. The pool was a little chilly, but we enjoyed it anyway. We had 2 young kids and our friends also had 2 young kids, so the pool was perfect for them. There a great bunk bed room for the them to sleep and we were also supplied with a crib and high chair. The owners were very accomodating on our every need. We especially enjoyed Chef Nadia whom we had for 10 meals. She is the best cooked and I strongly recommending her to hire for your meals. The house was great for 9 of us that included 4 kids. We still had an extra room that we never used. We recommend to stay her again. Thanks for the great time. Carolyn, Canada

My wife and I stayed at Footprints during the last week of August 2010 to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. We had 3 other couples with us and were in heaven. It was our 4th and best trip to Provo because of the amazing accomodations and service we found with Richard and his staff. I surpised my wife with an oceanfront vow renewal that will be remembered for a lifetime. We cant wait to get back so please dont try to steal our week (the last week of August, remember?) Captain Ryan with Sail Provo offers the best snorkeling trips around. Richard is intimately involved with and concerned about your comfort and the quality of your time spent at his amazing villa. You will not find a better place to spend your time in Provo.

Footprints on the Beach waas more than we had even thought possible, the house is stunning throughout, and the owners have not left out anything to insure a wonderful stay. We were two famileies, with our young adult children and we had an incredible time, the beach, breathtaking, the snorkeling, great, the chef Nadine, was the icing on the cake, she was better than great, All on an island that was safe and easy to navigate! We will be back! A vacation we will never forget!!
Owner response:Dear John It was our pleasure to welcome you all to Footprints and to look after you while you enjoyed the villa, our island and our gem of a chef, Nadine! So glad you loved her cooking (I understand the conch you caught on your boat charter was delicious once she did her magic!). See you again when you return! Richard

The house was spectacular and the pool and beaches were perfect for our small children. The owners are extremely helpful. The chef was amazing and so sweet. We would highly recommend this house to anyone. We have amazing memories from our stay at Footprints that we will cherish forever.

I highly recommend this villa. You won't be disappointed! I fell in love with Footprints at the front gate! The villa is totally unique and so thoughtfully laid out. Large open plan kitchen and dining area with plenty of glassware, crockery and kitchen equipment. The cupboards were extremely well stocked with non-perishable goods perfect for self-catering but you must use the services of Nadeen, the chef who creates the most sumptuous and amazing dishes – try the lobster. On the ground floor there is a very comfortable quiet/tv room for relaxing and an en suite bedroom, great for visitors who are not able to climb stairs. Upstairs the views are amazing out to sea from the decks off the tastefully decorated bedrooms or even better from a bath full of bubbles with a glass of bubbly watching the sunset! The beds are really comfortable with great quality linen. Bathrobes, slippers and Molton Brown toiletries are all provided. The outdoor lounge is perfect place to put your feet up to read a book, and a couple of steps away from the pool and pool table. Take another few steps past the fire-pit to the quiet velvety sandy beach and the amazing warm turquoise water. A walk along the beach takes you to some nice places to eat and drink. Nothing was missing in this breathtaking setting, Cally and her fantastic team have thought of everything, there really is no need to leave the villa during your stay. Even the Island Scoop ice cream van can pop over offering a great variety of delicious ice-cream, pecan with a scoop of liquorice was my favourite – they’ve thought of it all! Simply amazing! - a perfect place for a family (young to old). I plan on returning as soon as possible. A week at Footprints is a week in Paradise - the villa was so much more than I had imagined.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this experience. We had three families and three generations at this wonderful house and everyone was happy. The pictures are just the start of the beauty of this house. The beach in front is amazing. And Nadine...she can cook and is such a warm, friendly person. She did such a nice job making sure the young kids had a great meal too. We loved the outdoor spaces and spent most of our time outside enjoying the pool or just sitting around. Everyone I talk to asks if I would go back, YES! YES! YES! Thank you for the wonderful memories. Next time we will stay longer!

We didn't think anything could be better - then we found Footprints in the Turks! Wow! The colors, the beach, the house - what a week! It couldn't be better. The weather also co-operated as did the diving and the conch. The memories we made will last a lifetime. We didn't have to leave the house - thanks to Nadeen the chef. This is paradise. Wonderful week and family reunion at Footprints! Marta H Doylestown, PA USA Review Submitted: July 22, 2009 Date of Stay: July 2009 Our stay at Footprints was awesome!!! The villa had a perfect location away from everything. It felt really secluded, private, relaxing and provided our own personal beach since rarely anyone walked that far on Grace Bay! The new grocery store close to Seven Stars was a wonderful convenience. Everything we needed was just a few minutes from Footprints. The kitchen at the house was so wonderful that we actually cooked every night of our stay (except the last night when we headed out to Bay Bistro which we love). The bathroom amenities were such a nice touch - we didnt even have to bring shampoo unlike some other villas we rented. It was also wonderful to have a working washer and dryer - with 3 little kids in the house it allowed us to pack a little lighter, knowing we'd be able to wash what got dirty and wear again! With 4 couples (two of them with young kids) the home provided everything we needed and the layout was ideal. The one bedroom on the main floor was great for our parents - they didnt have to climb up the stairs each night to go to bed. The kids room upstairs with huge bunk beds (long enough to sleep 4 kids with 2 in each bunk) were just perfect for our children. They loved all being in one room each night. The other 3 bedrooms upstairs had king sized beds so they accommodated the 3 couples well and allowed the parents to be close to the little ones. Watching the sunset each night was probably our favorite - everyone would gather together with a cocktail and see if we could see the local "green flash" -- never did but we still loved the view! Of course swimming in that amazingly colored water during the day was pretty perfect too. The kids loved the pool (with a shallow end for the small ones) and the adults loved the Margaritaville margarita maker that was provided in the kitchen! :) A car rental is definitely a must when staying at Footprints. There is nothing within walking distance - but thats a plus! :) There is snorkeling gear provided, so you dont have to pack it. Definitely bring swim shoes or well fitting flip flops for kids - the tile around the pool gets really hot during the day.

“ Review of Footprints Villa -Awesome! ” We recently returned from our third trip to Turks & Caicos, this time staying at the Footprints on the Beach villa in the Leeward area of Provo. If you don't feel like reading a lot, I'll summarize it in one word: Stunning!Footprints Villa is a 5BR beachfront villa in the Leeward neighborhood, which really is a neighborhood. No stores here, no shops, etc. You walk out on the street and there are just more houses. We loved staying in this area, great for jogging, walking etc, and only a few minute drive (or a moderate walk) to the nearest small market, and probably 10 mins drive to the IGA and about 20 mins from the airport. The villa itself is new very contemporary beachfront villa, just our style. They really didn't cut any corners. Great kitchen, great pool deck, great bedrooms. It has wifi internet which was completely reliable, a cell phone is provided with the rental, it has a nice media room with a booming surround sound, DVD player, and a large plasma TV. Each bedroom also has sat TVs. So your entertainment should be taken care of.The pool is very nice, though we tended to spend more time in the ocean. The pool has a small round baby pool attached to it, so it's perfect if you have little ones along. A lot of poolside furniture is also provided, as well as pool toys, and even an outdoor pool table! And if that's not enough, walk toward the beach and there's a gas firepit, very nice to fire up in the evenings and sit around. They really did think of everything...The beach that Footprints is on is perfection -- you can literally walk for miles in either direction. Walk to the left and you head toward the resorts (though its a good 15+ minute walk before you reach one) -- walk to the right and you are on miles of secluded beach. We absolutely loved the beach and the water on Turks, and Footprints is on a great stretch of sand! The house itself is very cool. From interior glass walls, a brand new kitchen with high-end appliances, and bedrooms with great showers and bathtubs (and comfy beds). The upstairs bedrooms facing the ocean have balconies -- the Master BR has a HUGE balcony with a great round lounger/bed. We spent a lot of time out there.Probably the best part of all though is the owner/manager Cally, who was extremely helpful and friendly. She obviously cares about the villa and your satisfaction with it! A rare treat these days -- usually you deal with some rental company that has no veste

5 out of 5 Holiday In Paradise sparkets Seaford, East Sussex, UK Review Submitted: January 31, 2008 Date of Stay: January 2008 We all wanted to thank you for sharing your wonderful house with us, all our party had a fantastic time there. There were so many personal touches in the house that made it stand apart from anything else on offer. The house was everything that we had hoped for, and having spent most of the year gazing at the website and the increasing number of pictures, we were worried that the house would not live up to our increasing expectations. However, it certainly lived up to and indeed surpassed them. Having a candle lit bath looking over the ocean was a real treat and made for a very romantic moment in a house with 7 offspring! The mattress toppers made the beds the best we have ever slept on away from our own. The location was superb and having visited several Caribbean islands I finally had to admit that these islands were the most beautiful and so far unspoilt. Your recommendations for, Catch the Wave, and the private boat trip around the other islands, and Doug from the Water skiing were excellent. The chef form Kissing Fish was lovely, very friendly, helpful and made cooking for 11 of us seem so simple, her food also tasted great. I think we would have loved to have had her cook for all 10 days. We did eat out a few times as well, Hemingway's was very good for a party of our size, but unfortunately the Italian near Salt Mills was very average to poor, one to discourage if any one asks. Grace's Cottage lovely position and ambience, excellent friendly service, although the food a little over the top. This truly was a piece of paradise and what dreams are made of.

And the moon at night--simply magical. Happily, your villa complements and celebrates the beach beautifully. The modern design of Footprints is amazing and the attention to detail made our stay warm, wonderful, and luxurious. Your choice of high-quality bed linens, cozy robes, even the tiles under our toes made us feel as if we were having a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Footprints Villa is One of my most favorate homes I have ever had the pleasure of renting. The home itself is magnificent, with so many upscale things inside it, the views from the home are incrediable. Outside is a whole new world. The pool deck is great, a lovely shaded area to read during the day or at nite, and then the decking that leads to the ocean. I would go from the pool chairs ,down to the deck by the ocean and sit there, go float in the warm, calm, ocean and then back to the pool.. It was wonderful. The home is so quiet and private, but just a hop, skip to all sorts of activites on the island..a perfect blend. I loved the home, and Richard and his wife are so kind and helpful to deal with. That is rare to have the owner of the home so concerned directly with things. You will not be disappointed I can assure you. Wish I was back right now.
