Private Homes house description

Our beach bungalow is located on the south side on 30A with a great view of the Gulf. This property shares a private beach access with 20 homeowners in the Gulf Dunes subdivision. The beach access is approximately 75 yards away. The house is in walking distance to Gulf Place and its many shops and restuarants. We are steps away from the 30A scenic 10 mile walking/biking trail. We are very close to Seaside, Watercolor and conveniently located between Panama City and Destin but without the crowds.

The beach house is 1200 square feet of 'Shabby Chic'. It has two bedrooms (one with a King bed and a double bed, the other with a Queen bed and a sink), two bathrooms, a loft with two twin beds, and a full kitchen. There is an outdoor shower on the ground level. There is a wonderful deck to sit and watch the sunset over the ocean. Our 'Shell Shack' has that old-fashioned beach house feel to it.

This is an ideal location for long-term or seasonal/winter renters.

          About the owner: We are a family of six and live in Albany, Georgia which is a 3 hour drive from the beach.

          Why the Owner Chose Private Homes:
          We LOVE the beaches of South Walton. This is one of the nicest beaches we have had the opportunity of visiting in our lifetime. Beautiful sand and water, great restuarants and no high-rise hotels!!

          The Unique Benefits at this House:
          Our house is just a comfortable 'old-style' beach house. We enjoy our view of the Gulf and we were fortunate enough to find a house with a deeded 'private beach access: that we share with about 20 homeowners in our little beach neighborhood.
