Nice lanai overlooks swimming pool and canal with your own dock space. There is gulf access with only 1 bridge. The unit is only 4 years old and has been recently painted inside. We are only minutes to shopping, beach and pier. We are locate off of Cape Coral Parkway making access to Fort Meyers very easy.
