This unique condo is located on the top,4th floor of a 4 story building. The view from the lanai is spectacular. We are the only rental unit in the building with the feature of sliding glass doors across the screens on our Lanai. This allows for use of the lanai space during inclement weather. It literally adds another room to our unit. It becomes much more spacious.
This can be your home away from home. We provide some children's beach toys and a sand umbrella. If quiet surroundings and relaxation are on your want list, THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE.

Year Purchased: 1978
We have owned this property , as you can see, for many years. Our children enjoyed it as tots, and now the grandchildren LOVE IT! There is much to offer in the area and yet is a calming escape for us as seniors.
Why the Owner Chose Castle Beach
We chose this area, with another couple ,because of the location and small comlex with a homey atmosphere.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Being at the south end of the island is a benefit in busy winter months. We enjoy the spectacular views and use of our lanai at all times. Our unit is very light because of the removal of the LR sliding glass doors. Very open area.
