Located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the private community of Lone Mountain Shores, this home features private steps leading to a covered dock where you can enjoy boating, fishing or just swimming off the dock. An access card to the private community boat dock is also available.
This home features 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, 2 Kitchens, washer and dryer, wood burning fireplace, outside fire-pit, plenty of parking and tons of privacy.
MAIN FLOOR...master bedroom with Queen sized bed and bathroom, walkout to deck. Second bedroom has Queen sized bed and bathroom where guests can soak in the old fashioned tub which also has a shower. This bedroom also has a walkout to the deck. Family room with Satellite TV, DVD and VCR, wood burning fireplace and half bath off of hall. Kitchen is well equipped with bar seating and table for six. Laundry room off of kitchen. In total, the upstairs has 5 sliders opening to the beautiful deck with plenty of seating. Enjoy sitting at the outdoor table under the ceiling fan or lounge in the hammock. There is also an outdoor gas heater provided for those cooler nights.
LOWER LEVEL...bedroom one has a Double bed with full bath attached which is also accessible from the living area. Bedroom two features two Twin beds and attached full bath. Lower level also has table for six, Kitchen and living area. Walkout to the patio which extends the length of the house and has a new gas grill and fire-pit.
