My home was completely rebuilt in 2006. It is a Craftsman style cottage home with 3 large bedrooms (Master Bedroom Suite and office area upstairs). It is bright, open, and airy with upstairs views of the San Diego skyline and the occasional fireworks display. A cozy front porch invites you into the large and open family room and kitchen. Home has hardwood flooring, granite countertops and natural stone. There are 2 full bathrooms downstairs. Backyard is set up for outdoor dining with patio, gas barbeque.
Home is centrally located within walking distance to all that people come to Coronado for: the beach, parks, library, bay and of course, downtown Coronado with its restaurants featuring open air dining and shopping galore! San Diego is just a short drive or water taxi away. Enjoy a Padres Game or a night out in the Gas Lamp District. So much to see and do!
