Located 350 feet from the Atlantic Beach, this cozy cottage has two bedrooms and one bath on main floor as well as two bedrooms and one bath upstairs. Bed sizes include three queen and one bunkbed.

Large sundeck for relaxing and entertaining with access from master bedroom and living area. Screened porch off living area. Covered three-car parking, private enclosed shower. Underneath paved area great for scooters, tricycles, skateboarding, cookouts. Basketball goal. Spacious landscaped yard. Two homes to ocean. One street to cross. Very easy beach access!! Some view of ocean from deck.

To maximize your rental enjoyment, the home is managed by rental company who will be mailing confirmations and rental deposit requests. Also, should you require assistance or have maintenance problems during your stay, the company is available to help your needs. Both of the owners are liscensed SC realtors.
