House of Relaxation is a beautiful 3200+ square foot custom built home located in popular 'Road's End' in Lincoln City, Oregon. This spectacular home has breathtaking 180 degree views from wall to wall windows.
This amazing home is beautifully decorated. You will feel truly at home with our comfortable and relaxing home as you enjoy the views and sounds of the waves.
Hale Mohalu is perfect for two families or larger groups. Hale Mohalu will meet your needs with five full size bedrooms, 4.5 baths, open great room with adjoining dining and fully equipped kitchen, family recreation room and two large decks and one patio. One deck is equipped with a gas BBQ grill and the lower patio has a large hot tub with 78 jets. All linens are provided. This property is also equipped with free wireless wi-fi. Check in time is 4:00 p.m. and check out time is 11:00 a.m.
The upper floor has a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and slab granite countertops including breakfast bar and adjoining dining area with seating for 14. The adjoining great room with fireplace, 46" HDTV and DVD has comfortable seating with amazing ocean views from the wall to wall windows. Upstairs is a powder bath for general use. In addition, there are two large bedrooms, one with a king size bed and another with a queen size bed. There is an adjoining bathroom to be shared by both bedrooms. The bathroom is equipped with double sinks and a separate toilet and oversized tiled shower with pebble flooring - it makes you feel like you are showering at the beach!
The main floor has three bedrooms. One master suite with king size bed, full executive master bath with shower, tub and double sinks. The master has a separate door to access the deck with beautiful views and a cable TV. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a separate door to access the deck. The third bedroom has a full size bed. There is full size bath with separate sink and shower/tub and toilet area.
The lower level is perfect for the families with extra energy! There is a 32" TV with DVD, plenty of seating, pub table and chairs, ping pong table, wet bar and full size bath. There is a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and single on the top. A full bath is located on this floor. There is also a large patio with hot tub that seats 7-8. The couch is a convertible hide-a-bed. There are also 4 separate portable futon mats for additional sleeping.
Hale Mohalu has parking for up to 5 vehicles. Our home is just 2 blocks from the beach. Beach access is directly down the street at 66th St. Amazingly close!

This beach house is spacious yet with a cozy feel. The kitchen was large enough for multiple cooks and was well stocked with pots, pans, etc. The great room set up worked well for our large group to sit at the dining table, kitchen bar and couches and still interact with each other. We loved the deck with the wonderful ocean view for watching the sunset!

This was an exceptional place to stay with 9 adults. The house could actually have accommodated several more with the bunk bed in the basement. All of the decor and amenities were very up-to-date and in good repair. The only thing that keeps me from giving a 5 star rating was the lack of soap in the showers and in the kitchen. Otherwise, this was a top-notch place to stay and we will likely return in the future.

Six of us long-time ladyfriends booked this home this year in March for three nights for our 4th annual reunion at the beach. We were all so pleased with the accommodations that we decided unanimously to return to this house every year from now on. The weather was not great but we didn't even notice as we were so comfortable inside. There are many windows which provided a great view of the area and we never felt closed in despite the stormy weather. We all brought food to share and found the kitchen to be very well equipped and so spacious, In fact the top level, where the great room/kitchen and dining is, is spacious enough to be comfortable for a very large group. There is a big deck on that floor which would be great given better weather. The bedrooms were comfortable and having all those bathrooms was a real plus for us, especially the nice big towels. This would be a great location for a family gathering with the separation of space and we would heartily recommend this house to anyone.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Look no further, this home is the perfect choice for a stay at the beach. The house is planned for your comfort, from the location in Roads End to the layout and luxury of the rooms. We stayed over Spring Break with our family of 7 adults and 5 grandchildren, never once felt crowded. The views are spectacular and the owners a delight to work with. We would rent again in a heartbeat!

We stayed here with a large group that included many kids and we loved it! The basement floor was the perfect kid hang out spot, the bedrooms were spacious and the top floor was fabulous! It was only a short walk to the beach and the views were amazing!

This house is beautiful, large, and has a great view. It worked perfectly for our group and the owner was awesome to work with! I would definitely recommend this house to others and stay in it again when returning to Lincoln City.

My friends and I found everything as advertised and better. There were 9 adults and 3 kids and we never once felt cramped for space. Each room was tastefully decorated and had ample bedding to keep us cozy. The view from the balconies on the top and middle floors were marvelous and we loved having a kitchen with a view. We also enjoyed the game room and ping pong table. We'd love to do this again. Thank you for sharing your home.

Our Ladies Retreat returned for the third year to this lovely place called Hale Mohalu. We love the spaciousness of the living/dining/kitchen area. And the view is great! The three levels allows those who are "late-niters" to have fun without disturbing those who want to sleep. The beach access is near enough to have a brief walk whenever there are breaks in the program. All in all, a wonderful getaway! St.Patrick's Ladies Guild, Independence, OR
