We are so pleased to welcome you to Lotus Springs and excited for you to see how the tranquil, secluded beauty of our Guest Loft nestles near the heart of Ashland’s culture and community. From its perch within one of Ashland’s quaint older neighborhoods, Lotus Springs offers 360º views of the spectacular mountains surrounding the Rogue Valley.
Our newly renovated and furnished loft was designed on Feng Shui principles around an open floor plan. It has 2 bedrooms, full bath, living room, breakfast bar, dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen with gas range and oven, full-sized refrigerator, coffee maker and toaster. Other amenities include air conditioning, ceiling fans, stereo with CD player, WiFi, and plenty of closet and storage space. Our beautiful landscape site includes free off-street parking, private entrance and outdoor living areas to relax and rejuvenate.
Minimum stay is 2 nights. Laundry, dry cleaning and room cleaning service are available at additional charges.

- We are located directly across from Southern Oregon University’s tennis courts and the SOU sports complex for great access to sports and front row seating for the 4th of July fireworks show. We are in walking distance from SOU, Ashland Farmer’s Market, Schneider Museum of Art, local restaurants, cafés, grocery stores, a movie cinema and other local businesses as well as to RVTD Bus stop for instant, easy and free access to various Rogue Valley destinations.

High Season (March-October and major holidays) $175/night $1050/week $3800/month
Low Season (Nov.-Feb., except major holidays) $125/night $750/week $2200/month
Minimum 2-night stay. $50 one-time cleaning fee upon departure applies to all
nightly and weekly rentals. Monthly rentals require deposit and $100 cleaning fee.
Lodging tax is an additional 9%
