Orlando International Airport is one hour away and it’s an easy drive to Disney World and other Central Florida Attractions!
If you prefer a peaceful, uncrowded, beach experience without spending a fortune, this is for you. Watch the turtles nesting on our beach from May through September. We can arrange off-shore or flats fishing trips with experienced guides or kayak trips in the tranquil setting of the Thousand Islands in the Banana River just across the street.
The unit is a large one bedroom with queen bed, one bath, and a fully-equipped kitchen. Maximum 2 people. Entire unit has been beautifully remodeled with new everything. The Unique Benefits at this Oceanfront Condominium
South Cocoa Beach is unique in that it is away from the crowds in the tourist area a few miles north and the fact that there is no public parking. What that means for visitors and guests is uncrowded, quiet beaches. The only people you'll see on the beach here are your neighbors and the occasional adventurous bicycle rider taking advantage of low tide packed sand to make the ride south.

We bought this unit in a quiet little complex in south Cocoa Beach close to our home to have a close-by place for visiting friends and family. After completely gutting and remodeling, we decided to occasionally offer it as a vacation rental in between family and friend visits. Those who stay here discover the peace and beauty that is south Cocoa Beach and return again and again.
