You are just minutes south of Ron Jon Surf Shop, the Cocoa Beach Pier yet without the crowded conditions , and in a perfect spot to watch rocket and shuttle launches from Kennedy Space Center. Orlando International Airport is one hour away and it’s an easy drive to Disney World and other Central Florida Attractions!
If you prefer a peaceful, uncrowded, beach experience without spending a fortune, this is for you. Watch the turtles nesting on our beach from May through September. We can arrange off-shore or flats fishing trips with experienced guides or kayak trips in the tranquil setting of the Thousand Islands in the Banana River just across the street.
The unit is a large one bedroom with king bed, one bath, and a fully-equipped kitchen. Maximum 2 people. Entire unit has been beautifully remodeled with new everything. Beautiful, heated pool in a landscaped, garden setting. Dig your toes in the sand of the Atlantic beach 50 steps from the front door. No Pets. No smoking inside.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was quite large and we were only footsteps from the beach. Although you did not have oceanfront views we only had to walk out the front door and turn right and we had the beautiful, white sand to enjoy. The beach was not crowded and the owners provided beach chairs and other equipment so all we needed was our suits. There is numerous shops and restaurants to enjoy. The property has a lovely pool just steps away and a full laundry facility available. Larry and his assistant was easy to work with. This is our second year to stay here and we have recommended it to our family and friends and will continue to do so. The other condo guest and owners were very friendly.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

I get to Cocoa Beach 4 or more times a year. Grew up there. This is a nice place on the south side. Very clean and quite and a great price. No ocean view, but you are right on top of it. I will be back.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

About the owner: We bought this unit in a quiet little complex in south Cocoa Beach close to our home to have a close-by place for visiting friends and family. After completely gutting and remodeling, we decided to occasionally offer it as a vacation rental in between family and friend visits. Those who stay here discover the peace and beauty that is south Cocoa Beach and return again and again.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
South Cocoa Beach is unique in that it is away from the crowds in the tourist area a few miles north and the fact that there is no public parking. What that means for visitors and guests is uncrowded, quiet beaches. The only people you'll see on the beach here are your neighbors and the occasional adventurous bicycle rider taking advantage of low tide packed sand to make the ride south.
