This beautiful condo will make your visit to wonderful Durango complete. Located 1 mile north of the ski resort (Purgatory at Durango Mountain Resort) and surrounded by 14000' peaks in the San Juan Mountain range.
The fully equipped gourmet kitchen features stainless appliances. If you desire you can prepare a full meal or just have those quick meals and snacks. The dining table opens to accommodate 6 persons comfortably.
The open living room with fireplace, dining area and kitchen provides a cozy atmosphere. There is hi speed internet, satellite TV, DVD, free local and long distance telephone service. A flat screen TV in the living room. A balcony off of the living room has stunning views of the surrounding forest and mountains.
There is a memory foam king mattress in the upstairs master bedroom with a flat screen television and DVD, jetted tub in the master bath and with split vanity/sinks for your convenience. The second bedroom on the main level has a queen bed as well as a day bed.
Cascade offers a tennis court, indoor heated swimming pool and hot tubs as well as men's and women's locker rooms and saunas. During ski season there is complimentary shuttle service to the ski resort and ski rentals. Massage available by appointment.
Underground parking for your convenience. There is a coin operated washer/dryer on the parking level for guest use.
