Vacation like a local in our charming and comfortable Spanish home on a quiet tree lined village street just a short stroll to everything Coronado has to offer: 2 blocks to the beautiful ocean beach, Orange Ave's lovely shops and restaurants, library, book store, live theater, golf, tennis, sailing and the famous Hotel Del Coronado. Leave your car keys behind and ride bikes around the island (bikes included). Or, hop in the car for a short ride to downtown San Diego's Gaslamp District, Pet Co Park for a Padres' game, a Chargers game, Sea World, San Diego Zoo and Balboa Park's museums.
The house has a front courtyard with bistro seating, back patio and a large fenced-in back yard with BBQ and table and chairs for dining and lounge chairs & hammock for relaxing under the palm trees.
The main house has 2 bedrooms with one king and one queen bed and 2 bathrooms; full kitchen, dining and living room. The guest house has 2 twin beds and a bathroom. All beds have luxurious mattresses with fine linens.
The house is available year round. September and October is our favorite time here, but summer is the best and winter is lovely, so come and vacation like a local year round.

- Leave your car at home. Our home is a two block stroll to one of the country's most beautiful ocean beaches. The famous Hotel Del Coronado is a further stroll along the ocean. Walk to the lovely town with restaurants, book store, shops, live theatre. Ride bikes everywhere... great public golf course, sailboat rentals and tennis courts. Just 15 minutes by car from Airport, Downtown San Diego, The San Diego Zoo etc.... Coronado has the best climate in to world.

This lovely home was spotless. We fit right in, enjoying the courtyard as well as the large backyard.Kitchen is great w/all the amenities you could ask for. Coronado Island is so easy to navigate, but the huge plus is the beach 2 blocks away. A sunset drink at the Hotel Del Coronado is a must! Spectacular home. We give it an A plus!!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, pet owners, adventure seekers, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.

The house is beautiful, plenty of space, ample towels, etc. The little house with the two twin beds is great for kids or teens. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Nicely furnished kitchen, Nexus products in the bathrooms. Overall a great place close to everything. And a beautiful yard to stay there and enjoy without going anywhere!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, pet owners, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway.
