Pawleys Plantation is a gated community east of Rt.17 and just minutes from the beach on Pawleys Island. It is about 20-25 minutes south of Myrtle and 95 minutes north of Charleston.Other nearby towns for a nice visit are historic Georgetown and Murrells Inlet -the seafood capital of S. Carolina.Also,nearby just north on Rt. 17 is Huntington State Park ,a great place for hiking, biking or a day at the beach.
Four of the top ten golf courses in South Carolina are within 5 minutes of our property, Caledonia, Heritage, True Blue and Pawleys Plantation. Within 10 miles is the Litchfield area with many more notable courses.
