This gated subdivision with only 43 homesites and a large infinity pool is perfect. Access to the best beaches in the world are just a short walk away. The home's layout is absolutely unique and can be very private sleeping 10 or has potential to sleep 12. An open floor plan with gorgeous Gulf Views, fine architectural details and finishings make this a special beach retreat. With it's two Master Suites, one on the main floor and the other on the third, is perfect for two-three families. Two living areas, one on the main floor and the other on the second, allows for the group to separate to enjoy their favorite movie. This reverse floor plan, main living and kitchen on the second floor, is combined with an oversized lanai/Florida room with gas fireplace and grill. The gentle gulf breezes on this porch make this space great for entertaining.
Located on the first floor are three full bedrooms, one of the Masters with a king bed and private bath, one with a queen and one with 4 bunks that share a bath. Also included is a wonderful living space with a comfortable Restoration Hardware sectional and flat screen TV.
This reverse open floor plan has the main living space on the second level with large living, dining area, gourmet kitchen, powder room and outdoor lanai. Equipped with an "ALL Viking" kitchen, you will actually enjoy cooking on your vacation. Complete with 36" Range, microwave, dishwasher, separate ice machine, and 36" refrigerator, granite counters and glass tiles. The oversized center island complete this awesome kitchen.
Located on the third floor is the second Master suite with a separate living space, two chairs and twin day bed/sofa for over-flow sleeping. The master bedroom has a king bed and private bathroom. This master has a Kohler "Tea for Two" tub and oversized shower with rain shower feature. A private deck with wonderful gulf views is also great for night-time star gazing.
Some of the features include stone flooring in the baths, glass tile, walnut floors through out, outdoor oyster shell finished fireplace, "Viking" appliances, vertical tongue and groove board paneling, unique lighting, 12 foot ceilings in living space and wonderful beamed ceiling. The subdivisions borders the State Park with direct access to bike trail.
This home's community pool complex has two pools and it is only 90 feet away. These are the best pools in Seagrove. It's infinity edge, viewing tower, built-in Decor gas grill and fireplace and abundance of seating, make it a great entertaining area for family and guests. Since this home is the first rental and occupant in the subdivision, the pool will only used by you and your family!

Positives - very creative decor and landscape of the internal home. Ideal for families with with young children and above. Very spacious for two families with 2 children each and would be very comfortable with 3 families with 2 children each. Main room with kitchen and den is just about as good as it gets. All in, the finest property we have stayed at in the Destin area for all the years we have been traveling to the region. You will feel like you are at the Ritz Carlton. Worth noting - would be troublesome for famlies with babies or young toddlers due to levels and stairs. Beach access is good 10 minute walk and you must cross busy 30-A highway to get to it.

Walking is no more than 5 minutes 2. Bike to the beach access 3. Take your car and park at a public beach access Additionally we provide 4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas set up on the beach each day to eliminate carrying of chairs.

This was a beautiful house and everything advertised is just the way it is, Our family had the most wonderful time here and would love to do it again. I would recommend this to any family,but if the older people have trouble with stairs they should take the master bedroom on the first floor as two floors of stairs get a little much all day long..The pool was the best and our grandkids loved being in it everyday. Again thank you so much for the use of this beautiful place...it was a trip that we will never forget!!!

We stayed here the first week of June and it was a true paradise. The walk to the beach is no more than 7 minutes with children. Crossing 30A was not an issue at all, most of the time vehicles stopped for us to cross. To have the beach chairs available is a plus for sure. The fresh seafood for purchase to bring home was excellent, we did not go out to eat at all as everything is there in the house and it is such a relaxing and inviting enviroment you just feel so comfortable that you just don't want to leave other than to the beach or pool. The house is warm and inviting and definately relaxing. Sitting out on the Lani at night was so peaceful. Many wonderful memories were created during our stay. Thank you to our hosts.

"A Time To Remember" really isn't your typical rental. This beautiful home with it's five star furnishings and "Gourmet Kitchen" really blew our family away. The first class decor and attention to detail is over the top. We have rented other homes in Watercolor and paid 2 to 3 times as much and they couldn't hold a candle to this one. There's nothing like grilling out fresh seafood on the lanai, from the nearby fish market, while the kids are in, what seems like your very own "resort style" pool, and watching the beautiful Emarold Coast sunsets. Perfect setting and accommidations for 2 families with children/teens. The layout of the home is such that you never feel crowded. The downstairs Den/T.V. area is perfect for the kids.We highly recommend this property and can't wait to go back!!
