THIS APARTMENT IS LARGER THAN MOST NYC "ONE BEDROOM" APARTMENTS. Because there is not a wall separating the bedroom area from the living room, this is called a "Studio" apartment. Square footage is 600 square feet.

LIVING ROOM HIGHLIGHTS
The living room has a comfortable sleeper sofa, a cozy reading chair, lamps, desk table and a 32" Flat Screen cable TV. This living room area is a great place to sit and relax after a full day of touring Manhattan! The living room sofa pulls out to a Queen bed. The apartment features COMPLIMENTARY WIRELESS INTERNET SERVICE and there is a telephone with unlimited (free) local and long distance phone service within the US, Canada and Puerto Rico.
BEDROOM AREA HIGHLIGHTS
The bedroom area is adjacent to the living room and features its own Mahogany Queen Sleigh bed with new Queen Pillow Top mattress and side table with lamps on both sides of bed. This area also has an antique dresser with oval mirror for your belongings, and a chair.
KITCHEN HIGHLIGHTS
The fully furnished kitchen (should you want to cook) features a full size refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, self-cleaning oven and gas range top, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, and even a crock pot. White stoneware place settings, silverware, utensils, glasses, (wine glasses and corkscrew too) are all provided. There are even coffees and teas provided for your enjoyment.
DINING AREA HIGHLIGHTS
The dining area is located in the entranceway of the apartment, and is also located right outside the kitchen. The dining area features a round dining table with chairs. There are placemats, candles, wine glasses and plenty of plates, bowls, silverware to enjoy eating in should you tire of the 30 or so restaurants right outside this apartment building.
BATHROOM HIGHLIGHTS
The bathroom features a bathtub and shower, sink with storage below, mirrored medicine cabinet, toilet, and lots of fresh towels. The bathroom is very clean and brightly lit. We provide soaps, hair dryer and iron to make your packing a little easier. There are laundry facilities downstairs in the building and we have laundry detergent available for your use. There is an iron and ironing board in your closet in the front entry.
BUILDING HIGHLIGHTS
This building has uniformed Doorman at the front door 24 hours per day, 7 days per week to greet you. This building has a nice lobby with two elevators. The building also has its own laundry facilities downstairs (if you are staying long enough to do laundry).

My apartments are kept strictly for Guest Rentals so only your belongings fill the closets, drawers, tabletops, refrigerator, etc....My apartments are beautifully furnished and I have always believed that the nicer my apartments are for Guests, the nicer Guests will treat them and this has proven true 100% of the time. My properties are professionally cleaned before and after each stay and only top quality sheets, towels, and down comforters are used. I am a Hospitality and Guest Service Aficianado...it's what I love to do, no detail goes unnoticed. I try to meet every Guest upon arrival at the apartment and am happy to meet them, spend time with them, show them around and answer any questions about the apartment, neighborhood or city.
