Granite countertops throughout, custom cabinetry & stainless steel appliances. The family room and master bedroom open to a screened porch w/ a deck extending beyond, stretching the width of the house. Beautiful views of the ocean and dunes ensure a peaceful getaway.
A room perfect for kids, the ground floor has a bedroom w/ a daybed and trundle, useful as 2 twins or one king, with a private bathroom. Main floor has a window-filled master suite w/ a king bed & private bathroom, great for viewing the pond behind the house. 2 other bedrooms w/ queen beds & family room w/ sleeper sofa.
After a busy day of sunbathing, swimming, fishing, golfing or building sandcastles, watch a DVD or play any of the games provided. Enjoy!

- This is our 2nd home that we use for personal use; therefore, it has been designed and decorated for your comfort and entertaining needs. It has a large kitchen that opens to a large, vaulted family room, perfect for entertaining and large groups. A screened-in porch off the family room offers a dining area for outdoor eating and deck chairs are available for use on the back open deck or front porch. There are also several board games, puzzles and decks of cards for your use.

- On the island: Estuarium (showcasing local sealife), Fort Gaines (an historic civil war fort where you can wander and explore), bird sanctuary, bike path that extends from the east end (at Fort Gaines) to the west end, or take a ferry boat (leaving several times a day) across Mobile Bay to Gulf Shores for shopping, outlet malls, restaurants, water parks, etc. Juts off the island visit Bellingrath Gardens (beautiful local favorite on the Fowl River) or take a boat tour on the Fowl River. There are several seafood restaurants in the area but the local island bakery and ice-cream shop are favorites! Otherwise, Mobile, AL is a short distance for additional activities, shopping and dining.
