If you're planning on visiting Bozeman, Big Sky, Yellowstone National Park and/or surrounding areas in Southwest Montana, the Lodge at Moose Crossing offers you an unbeatable location. The lodge is a beautiful four bedroom, two and a half bath log home with hardwood flooring and radiant heat throughout. The office has been furnished as a fifth bedroom. Sitting on nearly seven acres, the property offers magnificent views, including those of the Spanish Peaks.
The Lodge at Moose Crossing is perfect for families and for entertaining. The 4500 square foot spacious, open floor plan provides room for everyone to relax and enjoy all that Montana has to offer. With two levels, children can be comfortable entertaining themselves downstairs while the adults enjoy their own space on the main level.
The main level master suite offers a king-size bed and luxury linens, satellite TV, an incline treadmill and a private deck with a hot tub (Fall '08). The master bath has an old-fashioned claw foot tub with shower nozzle and a separate walk-in slate shower.
The main level also offers a large livingroom with a 50 inch flat-screen TV with satellite service and Wii console with games, vaulted ceiling, log beams, comfortable furniture, a piano and a floor-to-ceiling fieldstone gas fireplace with remote control. There is also a second bedroom with a queen bed, dining area, half bath, mud room with top-of-the-line Kenmore Elite large capacity washer and dryer, and a large covered porch off the front door to sit and enjoy a glass of wine while taking in the breathtaking views or the sights and sounds of an awesome summer thunderstorm.
The main level also offers a gourmet kitchen with top-of-the-line Kenmore Elite appliances including a five-burner gas stove with gas/convection oven and small side oven, a microwave and stainless steel refrigerator/freezer. There is a double sided stainless steel sink and large center island. Fully stocked with all of the tools a chef needs, this kitchen is every chef and entertainer's dream.
Adjacent to the gourmet kitchen is a dining area with seating for ten as well as an additional table allowing for seating for up to six additional guests. There is also a half bath, a mud room with large-capacity Kenmore Elite washer and dryer, and bedroom #2 with a queen bed.
The lower level of the lodge offers three bedrooms, a bathroom which includes a walk-in slate shower and separate bathtub, and a greatroom complete with couch and satellite TV, a game area and a book collection for your enjoyment. The kids' bedroom has three (3) twin beds and a full-size loft bed. The other two bedrooms each have a queen-size bed.
The Lodge at Moose Crossing offers satellite TV (available on TVs in the livingroom, master bedroom, and greatroom. There is also another TV in the kids' room that can be used for gaming systems without interfering with TV viewing guests and a TV in the game area for simple games and videos. VCR and DVD player is supplied. Wireless internet, a fax, and local phone calls are also included for our guests. The lodge also comes supplied with a variety of games, books, and a small selection of videos/DVDs for families to enjoy.
In the spring and summer months, guests can enjoy a game of baseball/softball on the regulation size Little League/softball field or a game of horseshoes. Bozeman Hot Springs is less than 10 miles away!
While staying at the lodge, guests can enjoy all of the comforts of home while living the Montana dream.
A 7% state accommodation tax is not included in the lodging rates. Rates subject to change without notice. Guests staying longer than one week's time will be charged and additional $100 cleaning fee for each additional week so that maid service can come in to change the linens, clean the lodge and launder the towels.
