This house was exactly as described. Everything was really clean and there were so many amenities! The living room with the great big couch and TV were perfect for watching a movie together as a family. The kids had a blast! It's a great place to stay. It was really close to the beach with all the tide pools as well as the Devil's Punch Bowl. Mo's and the Flying Dutchman Winery were also within walking distance of the house. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time at Otter Rock!! The house was very well equipped for our little one, with lots of fun toys and books, a feeding chair, a pack n' play, and even a safety gate for the stairs, which was a really nice touch (and gave us peace of mind when we were hanging out in the living space upstairs). The house was lovely and clean, and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked, with all the necessary tools and gadgets, and the grill was top of the line. The location couldn't be beat-- steps away from the marine garden and Devil's punchbowl. We could hear the ocean from the deck! We would highly recommend staying here, and plan to come back soon!

We just spent a thoroughly enjoyable three nights at this beach house. It was perfect for my two little girls (2 & 5), had everything we needed - a pack & play, booster seat, toys, games - which was great because it was less stuff to have to pack and bring from home. The kitchen is well stocked, the furnishings are nice and comfortable, and the house was sparkly clean. We simply walked to the beach every day and that was all we needed - flying kites, building sandcastles, exploring tidepools, and climbing on the driftwood forts. Thanks, we will be back!

This was our first time back to the coast (and Otter Rock specifically) since we got married here 8 years ago. It is truly fantastic here, very hard to think about returning to Arkansas. Our 5 year old daughter would have been perfectly happy to spend the whole week in the house. It was very well stocked! The house is wonderful and we would recommend it and would stay again in a heartbeat.

Wow! This trip has been wonderful! We have never been to the Oregon Coast. What an exiting adventure our trip has been. Staying here in this house in Otter Rock has been one of our special highlights. We loved the comfort, the view and everything you have here to make us feel at home. We are from Palm Springs, CA so we are lovin’ it out here! We even saw a whale at Depot Bay! Our girls have had a blast also. I know everyone else had a blast as well. Your home is beautiful. Thank you for opening it up for us to experience all that we have! It was AWESOME!

The house was great and very comfortable. This was the perfect senior trip! We had 3 really nice and warm days where we hung out at the beach in the water and playing volleyball. The whole trip was amazing. We hope we can come back soon.

Thank you so much for this great place. It was a much needed vacation! Our 3 year old son loves this place (and our 7 month old thinks it’s great too!). We had some rain, snow, sun & hail – but made the best of it. I’d recommend this place to anyone.

A comfortable, cozy and clean house in a fantastic location. What more could we ask for. We made lots of delicious meals in your very well equipped kitchen. The Otter Rock area was a very pleasant surprise for 3 people who have explored the Oregon Coast quite a bit but never discovered this area.

We had a great weekend lounging on the big couch, cooking great meals and sneaking out for lots of beach walks between showers. This was a great getaway and the house was fantastic – so well stocked and easy to access everything nearby. We definitely will try to come back again!

Enjoyed 3 days of great coastal weather. This beach house rental is a real joy. Very clean and neat and well stocked. Very nice lunch at Mo’s and some good ice cream near by. I will recommend this place to anyone coming to the Otter Rock area. Thanks for a great vacation!

The house was very charming and comfortable. Sometimes you go to a rental house, and everything is old and a little grungy. Not in this case! The kitchen is very equipped, with all the extras that you'll need. Plenty of good towels, sheets and blankets. The location couldn't have been better. Otter Rock is a quiet town, and the house was located just a few steps from the beach access. You can take your morning coffee and walk down to the beach to enjoy the scenery and morning birds. We'll definitely recommend this rental.

We had a great time! The kids loved the house – especially the upstairs. It is perfectly located between the beach and the tide pools – we had fun at both. Weather was just perfect. You have done a great job on the house – plenty of supplies! Would love to come back again next year! Can’t think of any complaints – good job!

We were so excited about visiting your house in Oregon. It was an amazing stay. Your pictures are great, but the house is even better than the pictures. We had amazing weather and enjoyed the house so much. If you have kids this house is a must. The beaches are amazing. One is long, sandy and without any seaweed and the other is completely full of starfish, seals and so much more. What a quiet neighborhood with some of the best seafood just around the corner at Moe's. I would definitely rent this house again if we were to make another trip from Massachusetts to Oregon! A big "Thank you" from our family to you!

I've stayed in the beach house twice now and I definitely plan on going back! It's beautiful and relaxing and it's the perfect getaway for the weekend. I've enjoyed staying there in warm and rainy weather as the house is sooo comfortable it doesn't matter what the weather is like! I like that there were games and movies there for us to use and the house really has all you need to be comfortable, all you have to bring is the food! Plus it has that huge tub upstairs and that's amazing. Great job with everything and thanks for making it such an enjoyable home.

We've been fortunate enough to stay in your lovely beachhouse a couple of times and have loved it each time. It's comfy and chic. It's enjoyable in both good and bad weather. We especially like the balcony to sun bathe and read on, and the Beach for long walks and water play.

We're back from a great weekend at your OR House. We had a window of fabulous weather and the five of us LOVED what you have done to the place. Took the family down in August 2007. The house has a charming beach personality and is clean and well laid out. A short stroll to the secluded beach and Mo's diner made for a great non driving weekend retreat.
