Ocean Air is a 4100 sq ft custom, 8/7.5 oceanfront house at 867 S Waccamaw Drive Garden City,SC with two bedrooms downstairs and six bedrooms upstairs. There are four king beds, a queen bed, one full bed, and a twin bunk bed upstairs along with two queen beds and queen sleeper sofa downstairs.
The house was built with upscale decorator furnishings and designer appliances. No Smoking indoors please. Ten foot ceilings on each floor with 13 ceiling fans throughout. There is a foyer with a game table. There is wired and wireless broadband internet access. There are a game room 8th bedroom and an expanded dining room.
Relax in the oceanfront private five-person spa. Watch the sunrise on the 2 story oceanfront covered and uncovered deck in rocking chairs. Secure front porch to watch the sunset over the marsh . Swim in the large, private in ground 40 by 30 by 10 foot L shaped pool. Optional pool heating to 85 deg-$299+tax/week

David, I wanted to tell you how very much we enjoyed staying at Ocean Air last week. For the 20 plus years we have been coming to Garden City, we have never stayed in a more magnificent home. There was nothing we needed that you did not have. Everything was beautiful. I think the pool was the hit of the week. I believe Clifton talked about reserving it next year.

What a beautiful place for a 4th of July wedding. My favorite part about your house is the easy access to the beach on the lighted elevated walkway from the deck or the ground floor for our small children.
