  We rented this condo for a birthday weekend celebration. The pictures do not do it justice. The condo is amazing and they think of everything to make you feel welcome and comfortable. The view was priceless. We practically lived on the balcony because the view was so perfect. The rooms are so tastefully done and spacious and very clean! We had a wonderful weekend and hope to return very soon. The raccoons are adorable and they were fed very well! I would look no further when looking to rent a place on Cocoa Beach! Thank you!

  My family and I (7 of us) enjoyed our stay there but would not recommend the unit for any more than 6 people. The additional sleeping cot was totally not acceptable--no way could anyone have slept there with any amount of comfort, much less two people. It was located in a wide spot in the hallway which lent itself to absolutely no privacy. Also, the kleenex in both bathrooms barely lasted for two days and the ceiling fan in the master bedroom did not work. Other than that, it was a beautiful space and very clean and a convenient location.

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, sightseeing.

  We would recommend this condo rental to anyone looking for a high end vacation rental. It is beautiful, just like in the pictures, very clean and well maintained, and just steps to the beach. We love the Cocoa Beach area and this condo was central to most everything we wanted to do. We will definitely rent this property again when we return to Cocoa Beach.

  We just had a great family vacation (3 generations) at Ocean Beach Villas. The condo location, right on the ocean, had great views. The unit was spacious and clean, kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, and cook ware. When we had a question or concern, we received immediate assistance and someone checked the next day to be sure everything was as we wanted. It was hard to leave and we hope to return next year!

  I have to say that our family really enjoyed our time, we live in orlando so this was a stay-cation. We still went to work but played and stayed at the beach. The property is in great condition, the owners care and it shows. We will recommend this property to anybody who's wants to stay in the area.

  We had never stayed at coca beach before. We normally are gulf side people but this trip called for the other side. We were pleasantly surprised and had a wonderful stay. It all started with the fantastic accommodations. I cannot say enough about our stay from reservations thru departure and the return if our deposit. All flawless. We were on second floor and our views were gorgeous. We sat on our balcony day and night. A couple nights two friendly raccoons came up below balcony waiting for food. We obliged one night and then they were in their way. The condo was spotless and huge!! Very quiet and like new. So close to all. Easy walk to pier for lunch and a drink. We rented extra chairs and umbrella from funa1arental. They delivered and picked up. Was great. The beach was not super packed and it was spring break. The pool is fine. Area has a lot of restaurants and shopping. We stocked up ar grocery store as well. We are definitely going to visit again and soon!!

  This is an exceptional condo ! Well stocked with ALL the ammenities for a great vacation ! Spacious with a beautiful layout. The decor is tasteful and comfortable. VERY comfortable bed in the master suite !!! Plenty of closet space and the laundry room is a PLUS ! The beaches are clean and beautiful, with a volleyball court and ball. The beach isn't private, but only the condo guests park it outside the condo so it is pretty quiet !! I truly didn't want to leave this condo !!!!! A++++ rating and I will be back next year !!!

  Our three generation family stayed in this condo for a week and we were very pleased. There is lot's of space and nothing was missing. The condo is very well supplied, the wifi works superbly well and the service was rapid when we had a bulb in a ceiling fan needing replacing. We use VRBO a lot and this was likely one of the best finds ever! The condo itself is beautiful and if you are a beach person, the location is second to none. You are on the beach and settled in no time and with the little ones, we could easily run back for bathroom breaks and food when needed. We actually never used the pool except to get to the grill but it was cute and would do for a dip. Having an indoor parking spot helped to keep the car cool and the elevator was great when we had groceries to take in. We are already booked in for 2013.

  We just returned from a quick visit and we were thrilled to get a last minute reservation. This condo is truly nicer in person than in the photos and the direct ocean views cannot be beat. We would recommend to anyone looking for a higher end experience in Cocoa Beach. The Pool is not huge but it was warm and refreshing.

  This place is centrally located and right on the beach.....it is well maintained and very large and spacious, with fantastic views from the livingroom and large deck outside the living area. Very comfortable and contemporary setting with an excellent kitchen and appliances...the washer /dryer room was a great plus. My only issue was the small pool ( 4 kids) and the fact that it was too hot -103 degrees and could not be cooled off for some reason.If you are willing to overlook that and the high cost of rental- you will not be disappointed. Additional information about rental rates

Cancellations must be made a minimum of thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date in order to receive a refund of the $500.00 deposit. Reservations cancelled within thirty (30) days of arrival date forfeit both the $500.00 deposit and the total room charges. There are no refunds for reservations cancelled within thirty (30) days of arrival date.

Deposit of $500.00 due at the time of reservation (refundable within 3 weeks of departure date). Room charges due in full thirty (30) days prior to arrival.

Additional Fees and Taxes:

Cleaning fee is $175.00. Taxes are 11%.
