What a beautiful home! It was even better than we expected. The house was immaculate and had everything you needed. Really..all we had to do was show up. The location was perfect for shopping and easy to get to Disney World. We actually enjoyed staying in the pool more than we di spending time at Disney World. We will be back for sure!

This property was excellent. From the pricing to all the ammenities. It had full internet and calling capabilities to anywhere. I had dealt with the owner on a couple of occasions and she was exceptional. I would definetely recommend this property to anyone going to the Kissimmee/ Orlando area.

Our family of 5 searched blindly through 100's of rental options for our Disney Vacation. We landed on this property by price, reviews, and inclusions of amenities. We crossed our fingers and hoped that everything worked out accordingly. To our relief, this property was everything that we hoped it would be. Clean, well kept, fully stocked with the necessities, close to Disney and just around the corner from all your shopping needs!! Our 3 children loved having their own bedrooms with TV's. They swam in the heated pool for hours every night. They entertained friends in the game room. We would come back to this house again. If anyone asks us in the future, we would not hesitate to recommend this rental.

Our experience at Kissimmee was totally highlighted by the beautiful home we stayed in. The rooms were terrific - lots of room to spread out. We loved the pool, the game room and had a terrific time knowing that each evening we were "going home" to a lovely place to sleep. The location is beyond terrific - lots of shopping and the parks are all nearby. This IS the house you're looking for - enjoy your Disney vacation and know you'll be staying at the best rental home we've ever had! This vacation was the trip of a lifetime for us and our family! We planned for more than ten months tending to every detail and it was all we dreamed it would be! Our stay at Emerald Island was the icing on the cake! Your home was extremely comfortable and included every amenity that we needed! We enjoyed the pool and the game room very much! Wow were the first words out of our mouths as we opened the door! We loved this vacation home and it felt like home while we were there. It was so nice taking two small children and having things already there for (double stroller, high chair, crib, twin bed, DVDs, games, game consoles, washer, dryer, the list goes on!). Whenever we vacation in the Orlando area again, we will be renting this house again! Loved having a private pool to use but also the luxury of walking down to the resort pool to use that too. We had six adults and two kids in the house and it was nice because each family all had their own bedroom and bathroom. The house was definitely accomodating to ALL of our needs! We have definitely been transformed from condo users to renting a house after staying in their wonderful place. We felt very safe and well taken care of!!! We look forward to visiting (what my two year old daughter says) "our Florida home" again!

Just got back from Orlando today; we stayed in this home for 7 nights over the Fourth of July holiday. We had an amazing time and the home was amazing to say the least. It has all the amenities you could ever need on vacation: 4 bedrooms (2 are Masters), 3 full baths, full kitchen, washer/dryer, and the pool was awesome! We had 7 people total in our party, my family of four with my children ages 12 and 8, my older brother and my parents. The house had enough room to accommodate our large family with room to spare. The living area has a large L-shape couch with a huge TV and all the bedrooms have TV’s as well. There are towels and even beach towels on site, dishes, cups, etc to make the stay even more inviting. I cannot say enough about this cozy little find; it was great! The home was kept clean and inviting, the subdivision was gated and felt safe. We will keep this house in mind if we return to the area. Hi, Bob and I want to let you know it was great fun staying at emerald Island. It is a very nice place to be. The kids liked the pool and loved walking up to the center where the kids playground was. I hope everything was satisfactory when we left. We did buy a spatula for the kitchen,but no big deal. I was surprised by how well you supplyed the kitchen and bath rooms. Awesome! Right from the first day talking to Lynn to the time we got back home. Lynn is a very nice person to deal with and got all my questions answered right away.The home is way better than any of our group were expecting.The community is quiet and clean.The suggested Maingate shuttle service was perfect and so easy to deal with and trust.The security guys were really nice.Distance to Disney,Universal and Sea World are really good and use of the shuttle was just what we needed.We will be back and have full plans to use this home again for next years vacation.

The property was well maintained and in a convenient location to Disney World and Sea World. There are many shopping locations in the vicinity with just about any restaurant you can think of and it was only about a 30-minute drive to the airport. There were many conveniences for the family such as strollers, infant bed, bed rails, and the pool was well secured for small children. Great family vacation home.

This was perfect for our group's week's vacation in Florida. Staying off Disney property allowed us to save money on our meals and get some much needed rest after busy days at the parks. Everything was perfect: the house, the pool, the two master suites, the kitchen, the location, the peace...Very close to Disney parks. Only a few minutes away. All we needed to buy was our food. Kitchen was stocked with all appliances. Great having a washer & dryer and game room for the kids. TV in each bedroom. Nothing at all to complain about. Grand daughter commented that your house was very comfortable and she felt at home being there. We all slept great giving us the energy to tackle the parks the next day. Will definately be back again. Perfect! Thank you!

As Grandparents we rented this beautifully decorated, comfortable home. We rented this home and invited our married daughter, son in law plus two precious grandchildren to visit Orlando with us. We knew that they love Disney World and that my wife and I love to golf. We did it all PLUS more at this awesome home in Emerald Island. The 2 year old and 6 year old loved the game room. They each had their own room and our daughter and son in law had a very nice Master Suite as did we. The safety with the pool alarm, fence etc. placed our mind at ease with a 2 year old that we could enjoy the pool safely. The amenities were excellent. We would highly recommend this home which is safely secure in Emerald Island. It's location is close to great golf courses and very close to Disney World. This was a home you could walk into and stay comfortably for a long time. Everyone was GREAT! Thanks for a wonderful time over the Thanksgiving Holiday.

This was the first time my family rented a house instead of the usual hotel room, because we were taking a vacation with my dad and his wife we thought we would try it. After spending hours looking for the perfect rental home on line, we chose this one and we were not disappointed. It was exactly as the add said it would be. We all felt very safe knowing you had to have a pass to get through the gates, and it was strictly enforced. We also loved the fact that we could cook our own food and not rely on restaurants for every meal. What a difference it made coming home from a long day at the parks to a beautiful home. Our children age 7 and 11 loved the pool, the game room, and the conservancy in the back. We also loved how close it was to everything, including Disney. We would recommend this home to anyone who wants all the comforts of home, without a huge price tag attached.

This property has it all! My family has returned to this property three times... we will stay no where else when vacationing in Orlando & at Disney. The property has... GREAT location (very near Disney, very short 10 minute drive to the parks, very near grocery stores and restaurants of every kind, within\ an hour of the coast - beaches & Kennedy Space Center). LUXURY accommodations (2 Master Bedrooms, 4 bedrooms in all, very comfortable pillowtop beds, awesome private pool, spa, and grilling area, great living areas with big screen TV, PC with internet access & printer, fantastic kitchen - very well stocked with everything you need to make simple to gourmet meals, comfortable quality furniture throughout, fun game room, and on-site laundry facilities). Owners have kept this property updated.... each time we return there have been new updates. Simply put, a comfortable home away from home!!!! GREAT Service. From the Owners, to the Property Managers, to the Emerald Island Resort Staff.... these people are simply the best in providing an awesome, positive experience. SERCURITY. How a holiday villa should be.

I would have no hesitation in renting this villa again if and when we return for another trip to the Orlando theme parks. The villa is extremely spaceous (we were a party of six) and was very well equipped & clean. The beds are particulary comfy. The location is excellent and the gated security gives you that added peace of mind. All of the theme parks are within easy reach. The owners were very quick and efficient to response to any questions and queries we had leading up to our holiday.

We just wanted to take the time to write what a wonderful property you have. We have stayed in this home two times and had a great experience. Everything is immaculately maintained and Lori and Jeff are a joy to work with. We have recommended this property to many of our friends and family. Unfortunately, this past November we were unable to stay in this house and stayed in a different property in Emerald Island, which was NOT well maintaned, had many hidden costs and there were signs everywhere of what not to do - and how much it will cost us if we did! We would make sure to plan well in advance so that we would be able to stay in this particular home.

Lyn, I though that I'd drop you a note to say what a fabulous holiday we had In Florida over the last 2 weeks. We were delayed a few hours on arrival because a medical emergency on the in-bound flight, which was a bit of a drag - and were the last family to obtain our hire car, so we were much later than expected in arriving at Palm Haven. It was well worth it, though! The villa was very spacious, beautifully decorated throughout and extremely clean. The pool was lovely - and we enjoyed the jacuzzi tremendously (occassionally at midnight with a glass of bubbly after the children were well asleep!). The amenities included everything which we could have wished for - and on the odd wet afternoon, we enjoyed the games room. There was an excellent selection of videos and DVD for us grown ups and also for the children - which was a welcome respite from the humid heat on our rest days from the parks. Our children are just 9 and 5 years and couldn't cope with visiting the parks and other local attractions on following days (not sure that we could either, to be perfectly honest), so we considered ourselves to be extremely fortunate to have chosen such a comfortable villa. It was a pleasure to stay at 'home', not a chore. We met Jeff on a couple of occassions and are pleased to report that he was both very pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed a good few of the local restaurants and eateries. Although we gauged everything on the quality of the food, the children ranked them on the number of wax crayons which were provided ... ah well, can't have everything! I have a couple of friends with their families who are thinking about visiting Florida in the near future and would be most happy to recommend Palm Haven as a comfortable, well appointed, conveniently located, safe holiday home. An aptly named 'haven' indeed. I think that we said earlier that this was the first time that we had booked a holiday over the internet - and it would be fair to say that we were somewhat nervous about this. We are delighted to have enjoyed such a lovely holiday and hope to return at some point in the future. Lynn, Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your Palm Haven home. We enjoyed "going home" rather than staying in a hotel or condo. You have a beautiful house in a nice, secure area.
