This beautiful condo is GOLF COURSE FRONT and Ocean view! 'Chac-Ha' is located in Playacar, which is on the south end of the city Playa del Carmen.

In front of the famous Reef Club and the beach, on the 10th hole of the luxurious Playacar Golf Resort. Why pay for a hotel when you can stay here for less! The condo is on the ground floor with brand new washer/dryer, full kitchen. Sit on the patio for morning coffee and look out at the pool and golf course. Later on, walk out the back door to the huge pool for a refreshing swim! Use the pool-side bar to prepare drinks and food. If you want to go to the beach, cross the street and walk into the luxurious Reef Club Playacar. As a guest in 'Chac-Ha' you have full access to amenities at the Reef Club, beach access, pool access, entertainment, etc.

There are plenty of shops all around to browse, and you can walk to the famous 5ta Avenida (5th Avenue) in downtown Playa del Carmen in about 10 minutes. Close by are many large supermarkets and there is a Wal-Mart as well.

The rooms are very large with King beds in each. It is located in a high-end, safe community, and there is a 24hr security guard at Chac-Ha to make you feel even safer!
