This Breckenridge, Colorado Condo features is the largest 3 bedroom floorplan in the complex (with 1374 square feet), featuring 3 large bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, and sleeps up to 11 guests. There are 2 master suites, each with spacious en suite bathroom. Located at Tyra Riverbend Lodge, this unit is situated only 50 feet from the Snowflake Chair Lift, which takes skiers up to Peak 8. Our complex is also located on the shuttle route for quick access to town or other areas in Summit County.


Tyra Riverbend Lodge is also located next to the new Blue Sky Lodge, which has a lift ticket window to purchase lift tickets, a coffee bar and a small ski rental shop for any ski rentals, as well as any items you may have misplaced or forgotten.


This is a comfortable place for families, including our own!! It has everything you need for a relaxing vacation and a wonderful time in Colorado, whether it be downhill skiing in the winter, relaxing by the fire with a good book, or hiking in the beautiful Colorado summer.


CONFIGURATION OF BEDROOMS

MASTER SUITE 1 - Queen size log bed; en suite bathroom - full bathtub, shower and large vanity; log chest of drawers and large closet for ski clothes, etc.


MASTER SUITE 2 - Queen size log bed; en suite bathroom - full bathtub, shower and large vanity; log chest of drawers and large closet for ski clothes, etc.


KID'S ROOM - Queen size log bunk beds with extra twin size log bed (sleeps 5); bathroom with full bathtub, shower and vanity; log chest of drawers and large closet for ski clothes, etc.


CONFIGURATION OF CONDO

As guests enter the condo, there is a large entry way with closet on the right for ski clothes and storage (with sleds/discs for sledding down the hill provided for your use). On the left is the hallway to the (in condo) washer and dryer - with laundry detergent provided. Next is the gourmet kitchen -- ready for your use. The den/living area surround the 3 bedrooms, with Master Suite 1 on the left, and Master Suite 2 and the Kids' Room on the right side of the condo.


The den/living area has 2 large, comfortable, cushy chenile chairs - great for relaxing and reading a book by the stone fireplace. There is also an oversized leather sofa, which folds out into a queen size bed. We also have a small library of books and videos for your use.

This lift on the South side of the complex is within walking distance from the backdoor of Riverbend (approx 50 yds). The Snowflake lift take you to the base of peak 8.

Could not be closer to the lift!

This was a really nice place for my family's Spring Break trip. I've come to Breck for many years and I have not stayed in a better location. PROS * Simply could not be closer to the lift - it's right outside the door * Nice building - looks like one of the newest places along Four O'Clock Road * Condo had everything we needed for comfortable stay * Condo is well decorated * Heated underground parking was a great convenience. * Ski closets inside heated garage kept anyone from wearring cold and wet boots * The queen bunk beds in the kids' room were great. That room easily slept our 5 kids (between two couples). CONS * It's a few blocks from downtown. That was good for us as it was quiet and it only took 5 minutes to walk to Main St * While getting to the lift in the morning is super-easy, the run back to the unit is pretty flat. Easier to come down Four OClock run and walk across the street. Getting home is still easy but not as easy as gettting out in the morning. We'll be back this ski season!
