Without any additional charges, you will have access to the pool and hot tub at the foot of the tower, three boardwalks to the beach, a playground, basketball courts, and charcoal grills . You may patron the fine casual dining restaurant/bar and the salon, located in The Clubhouse and the sports bar and grill, coffee and ice cream shops, souvenir and beach gear shops located near the entry of the resort. Seasonally, you may rent lounges with umbrellas on the beach, rent bicycles & kayaks. The beach attendant will greet you and arrange the payment.

The owner of this condo is a member of the Clubhouse, so you will have access to the "Private" amenities, too, by paying a daily fee at The Clubhouse desk in person for the days you choose, if any. The daily fee varies, depending on the number of days used and size of the condo, but it covers your entire party for that day!
