Lake Roosevelt is a great vacation spot for all seasons. You can fish, hunt, swim, boat, golf or just sit back and relax...it is your choice. In the winter the area provides access to snowmobiling and some great fishing. In the summer you won't find a nicer place to swim and enjoy water sports.

This home is in Seven Bays, north of Davenport and has been extremely well taken care of and lovingly maintained. You will enjoy waking up and having your coffee sitting on our deck watching the sun come up. It is overlooking the lake and marina which has a grocery store, gas and a restaurant that are all open during the summer months and also looks up the north end of the lake. This view can provide hours of entertainment. Moorage also available. You can also walk down to a great sandy beach area close by. We also have extra parking that will accommodate a large RV and boat.

Up the lake a short distance is the Twin Rivers Casino and the Spokane Arm of the lake if you enjoy getting out for a change of pace and Spokane is about 45 minutes away.

There is a community pool, hot tub, and playground area for children and you will enjoy lots of wildlife, some eating the fruit right off our fruit trees.

  • We stayed here for a week in August - as stated by prior guests, we had deer out in the yard almost every morning and evening. You can keep your boat in a slip right down below the house. We had a great time and hope to return next year.

  • What a wonderful clean place! Nothing like sitting on the deck in the morning drinking a cup of coffee and watching a bald eagle soar overhead, the deer eating apples and apricots in the yard and wild turkeys walking down the road. If you are into warm weather, relaxing, fishing and water skiing this is the place for you. The residence overlooks the 7 Bays Marina. It is clean, the yard is like a park and the people in the area are friendly. The residence is well stocked and even has Direct TV and internet access. Enjoy an evening dinner on the deck and relax. I know we did. We will be back!

  • What a beautiful spot, a perfect location to enjoy sun, boating and relaxation. The house was so well kept, clean and comfy. We loved the ipod docking station, GREAT deck, BBQ and watching the deers eat the apricots in the evening. We have been coming to Lake Roosevelt for many, many years, and this is a wonderful way to enjoy the river!

  • We had a great time here! The house and grounds are very spacious. The owners had the house very clean and well stocked. The location, veiws and accomidations can't be beat for this price!
