Lake Roosevelt is a great vacation spot for all seasons. You can fish, hunt, swim, boat, golf or just sit back and relax...it is your choice. In the winter the area provides access to snowmobiling and some great fishing. In the summer you won't find a nicer place to swim and enjoy water sports.
This home is in Seven Bays, north of Davenport and has been extremely well taken care of and lovingly maintained. You will enjoy waking up and having your coffee sitting on our deck watching the sun come up. It is overlooking the lake and marina which has a grocery store, gas and a restaurant that are all open during the summer months and also looks up the north end of the lake. This view can provide hours of entertainment. Moorage also available. You can also walk down to a great sandy beach area close by. We also have extra parking that will accommodate a large RV and boat.
Up the lake a short distance is the Twin Rivers Casino and the Spokane Arm of the lake if you enjoy getting out for a change of pace and Spokane is about 45 minutes away.
There is a community pool, hot tub, and playground area for children and you will enjoy lots of wildlife, some eating the fruit right off our fruit trees.
