Lake Roosevelt is a great vacation spot for all seasons. You can fish, hunt, swim, boat, gamble at the casino close by, or just sit back and relax...it is your choice. In the winter the area provides access to snowmobiling and some great fishing. In the summer you won't find a nicer place to swim and enjoy water sports.
This home is in Seven Bays, north of Davenport and has been extremely well taken care of and lovingly maintained. You will enjoy waking up and having your coffee sitting on our deck watching the sun come up. It is overlooking the lake and marina which has a grocery store, gas and a restaurant that are all open during the summer months. Your view also includes to the north end of the lake. Moorage also available and you can keep an eye on your boat from our home. You can also walk down to a great sandy beach area close by. We also have extra parking that will accommodate extra cars and your boat.
Up the lake a short distance is the Twin Rivers Casino and the Spokane Arm of the lake if you enjoy getting out for a change of pace and Spokane is about 45 minutes away.
There is a community pool, hot tub, and playground area for children and you will enjoy lots of wildlife, some eating the fruit right off our fruit trees.
