What a great place to spend our Spring Break! We arrived and were immediately delighted with the size and spaciousness of the home. Our boys immediately fell in love with all the TVs, the ping pong table (dad ruled!) and the hot tub! As a typical American family, we have dogs and the the house was well setup for them too, with a dog kennel in the garage and a dog door to the the fenced yard - it proved so handy we are considering a dog door at home! The home was well stocked with ample utensils, baking/cooking necessities, dishes, flatware, and coffee; along with WIFI, garage door opener, etc. We met the neighbors and their young sons, who my boys frequently played with in the front yard. The house made our Spring Break perfect - Thank You!

Three of us rented this house while on a fishing trip. Nice quiet neighborhood and close to stores for food etc. We spent the days on the water (Yellowstone and Missouri Rivers) and enjoyed the wide screen for sports, gas grill for bbqs and ping pong in the evenings (there is a big living room and a game room with full ping pong table!) Wanted to try the beautiful and clearly well maintained hot tub but never got the change. Excellent value and owners were flexible when we arrived a bit early and when the wireless internet went on the fritz they came over and got it back on. Will definitely contact them again for my next trip to Bozeman!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. We really enjoy the home. Great plan, nice kitchen. This year I had grand kids with me and they loved the ping pong. I have family in Bozeman but prefer the privacy and inviting my adult children to come when we visit. Great yard for the kids too. I think it was great.

We had a wonderful time in Bozeman - wish it had been longer. The town has grown so much since we lived there and huge changes to the university campus. We all enjoyed the stay at your house. It was very clean and comfortable. Many thanks!

This is our 2nd time staying with Angela and Tom in Bozeman. Thank you providing the perfect Home away from Home! We enjoyed our time, and were very appreciative of the relaxing environment you have created at the Rose St house.

If you have a larger group, this spacious home really fits the bill. Great roomy kitchen accommodates multiple cooks. Wonderful family room off the kitchen has a cozy gas fireplace. Three upstairs bedrooms have incredibly comfortable beds. My only wish (and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5) would be for a regular dining room table that seats 6-8 in the dining room. Currently it has a ping pong table (which the kids love) that you can convert into a dining room table, but not the most comfortable dining experience. If you have a smaller group, the dining table in the kitchen area is just fine. The location is close to the 19th avenue big box stores and restaurants. Unique downtown Bozeman is just a short drive away. And if you know anything about the area, hiking, skiing, fishing, mountain biking are a stone's throw away. The neighborhood is quiet, The owners are terrific. And if you bring your dog, a fully fenced backyard awaits. All in all, you won't find a better VRBO deal in Bozeman. Highly recommended. .
Owner response:We recently got a bigger dining that seats 6 and there are extra folding chairs in the garage for a few more. Thanks for staying with us and hope to see you again!

If your planning on staying in a hotel, don't. This place is awesome. Not a riverside cabin but everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Very clean. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay in Bozeman. Close to everything and the price is right. What more do you need.

We used this property recently (early September). It was spotless and everything we wanted. It is located close enough to downtown and also golf and a nice park. Great neighborhood. When I go back this will be where I stay.

This house was a wonderful experience. It was richly stocked with so many amenities. Practically everything I needed in the kitchen was provided. Extra supplies, towels, computer, televisions and pretty much anything you would want were anticipated.

We had a wonderful stay at the house with 6 adults and 2 babies. The house is spacious, well-maintained and has a kitchen with everything you could possibly need. There is a large living room with a good selection of movies. The beds were all very comfortable and the bathrooms all had lots of towels and even some toiletries like shampoo and lotion. We did not have a dog, but it would a perfect home to bring your pet. There is an indoor kennel in the garage and a large backyard. The neighborhood is quiet and secluded, but within minutes to several grocery stores and a gas station. The owner was very prompt in all of her email replies. There is a new "dinosaur playground" for kids within walking distance or a short drive. It is right next to the fire department and adjacent to two ponds with a nice walking trail. We hiked above Hyalite Reservoir and to Fairy Lake in the Bridger Mountains, we fished several creeks and the Gallatin River, we went to the Saturday and Tuesday farmer's markets and of course visited Yellowstone. Downtown we ate at Ted's, Starky's and our favorite, La Tinga. Sola Cafe is off the beaten path, but well worth it for lunch and pastries. For yummy sandwiches to pack on trips, we stopped at Oak Street Natural Market. We soaked in Chico Hot Springs and found it to be very family friendly. We would highly recommend this property as a home base for trips in and around Bozeman.

What a wonderful place to stay. I was everything that was listed and more. My friends and I take a trip at the end of the school year and this was a great place to be. We enjoyed being close to town and also being able to come "home" and visit and relax. The hot tub was relaxing and being able to visit on the patio was very nice. The neighborhood is very quiet.

I stayed for eight days with my wife and three boys. The house was perfect for a family with kids. The house has a lot of room, towels and linens -- a big plus as many rentals charge extra which is irritating -- that were soft and comfortable, a washing machine and dryer -- another big plus if you have small kids -- and lots of basics in the kitchen like condiments, ziploc bags, etc. The owners were very nice and considerate. For example, they came by to mow the lawn, but called ahead to make sure they wouldn't be bothering us. We were in town for a wedding and found the house to be conveniently located for all of the places that we wanted to go. I would only recommend a different house if someone was looking for a hunting lodge-style house with a rustic feel. The house is modern and in a subdivision. We looked at some the more rustic houses, but went with this one because the location was much better. A lot of the lodge-style houses were well out of town, and we didn't want to have an extra 20 minute drive every time that we had to return to the house. We were very happy with our choice.

This was our third stay in the Rose St. house. The house is just perfect for our visits to Bozeman; our dog loves the freedom of the fenced in backyard with great mountain views for us, the location is just great for my husband to head for the river and fly fishing and for me to head to the shops etc. The house has everything that we need during our stay in Bozeman. Our son and his friends always enjoy the hot tub and the pingpong table. The house is also in a very quiet neighborhood, just can't say enough about it!!!

We rented the Rose St. house for family over the holidays. The location was great, the neighborhood quiet and the house was very warm. My family enjoyed the gas fireplace and hot tub after skiing The ping pong table was a big hit. The home is open, spacious and well supplied. There is a great sledding hill only a few blocks away, shopping is close and downhill skiing is only about a 20 minute drive.

Three of us stayed for SuperTour races at Bohart and Lindley the first weekend of December. The house was very comfortable, well supplied, etc. Everything we could ask for. The garage was a great bonus, as it was below zero every morning.

The house on Rose St. was the best equipped and best supplied VRBO house we have ever rented. The kitchen has every tool and small appliance you could need, and even had spices, condiments, coffee filters and some coffee. Paper products and cleaning supplies were fully stocked down to lint rollers. The 2 living room/family rooms make it possible for the adults to enjoy their activities while the kids watch TV or play games in the other room. My compliments to the owners. It is an outstanding property.

We had a great time in the house on Rose St. It was close to everything. We enjoyed the hot tub, ping pong table and the big screen TV was great for watching NCAA basketball. The kitchen and house was well equipped and was a very comfortable place to relax and base ski days and fly fishing days out of. The beds were very comfortable and it really did not lack a thing.... I would recommend it and hope to be back for another stay.

The house on Rose St. was perfect for us! We stayed over the Christmas holiday, and could not have had a better time in our own homes; we put up a tree (there was a tree stand in the closet!), hung stockings, soaked in the hot tub, snow-shoed in the mountains, visited hot springs, cooked in and ate out ... what more could you want? Our comfort was never a question - beds were WONDERFUL, kitchen was perfect (and we ARE cooks!), and the ambiance warm and inviting. We would absolutely want to book this home again for another stay in Bozeman.

I brought my family--husband and two children to stay in Bozeman and was fortunate that this home was available. We had a wonderful 10 day stay in very comfortable accomodations. Not only does summer in Montana offer many fun outdoor activities, but the home was packed with fun-filled things to do in the event of a rain or at the end of a day. I would certainly return again and recommend this to anyone wishing to enjoy Bozeman.

We enjoyed our stay here in late June. Our family found the house is in a perfect location--close to all that Bozeman and the surrounding area has to offer. The lodging supplied more than enough bed linens and towels. The kitchen was very well equipped. The house served as a wonderful base for our family and friends to interact and celebrate our son's wedding. I would highly recommend staying here as an alternative to staying in a hotel.
