It is on a extra wide canal for the convenience of the avid boater or fisherman. Dolphins quite often play and chase fish up and down the canal out the rear of the property. Across the street to the front is the Key Royale country club and golf course.

A 9,000 lb. boat lift is available for rent but use of the large dock area is included.
A boat ramp is located 5 minutes away by water. Fresh water and electric are on the property boat dock to ensure your toys are kept clean!

I'm now a Holmes Beach resident - having been born and raised in Ireland. My youth was filled with extra-curricular activities and organization centered around school, church and athletics in Belfast. I graduated from University in Ireland with a degree in Education.
Current hobbies of mine include spending time with my family, traveling, participating in school programs and volunteering with various youth programs and organizations.
