The spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico from our private 15th floor balcony is what we love best about our condo and there's room for our whole family in this 9 by 26 foot space. Whether you want to lounge, swing on the glider, or sip coffee as you watch the Gulf and beyond, it is a beautiful place to be.
Our condo is in Ariel Dunes, part of Seascape Resort, constructed in 2006 and purchased and furnished by us in August 2007. It comfortably sleeps 6-8 people, and there is a washer/dryer in our unit. You only need to bring your beach towels. All the rest of the linens are provided. The beds are super-comfortable! Great electronics for your enjoyment--a 42 inch plasma TV with DVD player in the living room, and 20 inch flat screen TVs with DVD players in the master and guest bedrooms.
The sugar sand beaches are a 5 minute stroll away (a minute or two further if toddlers are in tow!) There are 11,000 square feet of pools, plus tennis, golf, and every kind of shopping within a few miles in either direction. The restaurants are plentiful and fabulous.
You may prefer to cook in our well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and GE Profile appliances. Everything is here for a wonderful, relaxing, fun-filled vacation.
