The crashing waves and reef are 400 yards off your beach so you can enjoy swimming, kayaking and snorkeling without getting thrown around from the waves!! Separate outdoor shower for rinsing off.
Inside this beautiful 3600 sq/ft home is all contemporary furnishings. Leather sofas fill the split level great rooms. Separate breakfast and dining areas offer options for your meals. Four barstools surround this full granite kitchen, contemporary stove with pop-up ventilation system, and sub-zero refrigerator/freezer with automatic ice maker.
Lower level is all stone and marble flooring for easy cleaning. Upper level is all carpeted for comfort. There are two master suites with King beds and full baths in both. Guest room has queen bed and full bath as well. Murphy room rounds out the sleeping quarters. Terrific Office upstairs offers ocean views as you work with internet access available including wireless (just bring your computer). There are ocean views from every room!! Home has a two car enclosed garage (usage available upon request).
Weekly pool service and biweekly landscaping is all included.

Half down deposit required to hold property and will be returned after your stay.
Any damages will be taken out of your deposit to repair those items.
$375 non-refundable cleaning deposit is required.
