There we were on the 2nd to last day of our vacation. We used the condo’s electric grill to make some marinated shrimp, added some rice and veggies and enjoyed our feast on the balcony. Nice breezes, pretty view of Cowpet Bay. We all agreed we were having a great vacation. Afterwords some of us went down to the beach, pulled beach chairs by the water and sat and enjoyed the stars. The water was as warm as a bathtub. We spend Easter week at Rick and Susan’s place and were very pleased. They provided everything imaginable: we used their cooler to take to various beaches; their various utensils and cookery to make some quality meals. Their washer/dryer received heavy use as Cape Air managed to lose two bags for 1 day, and our son’s bag for 4 days (it was sitting in San Juan airport the whole time). We bought a few clothes, and kept the machines working. My kids loved the loft area and its balcony, getting in some stargazing. We tried out our snorkel equipment on the local beach – saw some fish along the left side of the bay. Also tried Trunk Bay (the underwater trail is only a few plaques but snorkeling itself was good there). Best snorkeling was at Coki Beach, next to Coral World. It turns out fish love Milk Bone dog biscuits, which the snack shack sells. (by the way if you brought along an underwater camera, like we did, an inflatable vest is very helpful as you can float and focus on snapping the pictures). Nice bedrooms, the AC’s all worked, the bathrooms were fine with maybe a jiggle or two on toilets. Traveling on car ferry to St. John was entertaining. Turns out locals are used to putting car in reverse, up a ramp, and nailing spot on barge. I wasn’t, and got the death glare from attendant. I put the car on with enough width to open driver’s door; turns out guy wanted car side six inches from barge wall. Only a skinny gymnast could have gotten out, but in fairness (if the guy had only said) they were trying to fit trucks on and needed the room. Best place for food was Marina Market in Red Hook. Great Easter Dinner meal in Caribbean Fish Market on site, and nice last dinner at Fish Tails. Swimming in Magen’s Bay was great before cruise ship folks showed up. Plan on getting to beaches early 8 to 9 a.m.) on cruise days if hoping to get a parking spot (only 20 to 40 spots at these places). In short, once we agreed to ignore luggage problems, we had a great time in the condo. Highly recommend a stay in Cowpet Bay. We'll be back.

We had a fun time and the condo worked out great. We have two small children so a condo makes for such a better experience than a hotel. Rick and Susan have gone out of their way to make everything comfortable and so well equipped. The proximity to Red Hook makes the location very convenient for day trip ferrys over to St. John or any of the British Virgin Islands. Highly recommended.

My wife and I, my sister and her husband spent 10 wonderful days in St Thomas; a great part of what made our stay so wonderful was your very spacious and nicely appointed condo. We appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, the spacious outdoor patios with beautiful views of Cowpet Bay, and the more than sufficient storage spaces in the bathrooms and bedrooms. The helpful information that you provided us before and during our stay was very much appreciated.

have had the most wonderful 2 weeks at Elysian beach resort and this rental property. Have rented from the owners in the past; the 3 bedroom unit; this unit was equally as spacious, comfortable and exceptionally accomodating. The owners have thought of everything to make a renters' vacation all that it should be and more. This listing is absolutely accurate; the photos are accurate; Cowpet Bay is our favorite spot on the island. Luckily the new restaurant and beach restaurant have opened; both with excellent food; the pool has been redone and looks beautiful at night. The owner is the easiest person to talk with and call for any questions/concerns/needs. I hate to say too much as we want to be able to rent again next year and book the dates we desire!! You will only be 100% satisfied with a decision to pursue this private rental. Thanks again and see you next year!!

This was our first time in renting a condo, we usually stay at hotels. The experience worry free and welcoming. The owners are very organized and provide all necessary information to make the stay as convenient as possible. The condo was very clean and fully stocked with essentials as promised. The advertisement for this condo is exactly what you will get no surprises. The location was convenient to activities in the area. I would recommend this condo to my friends and family. Thank you!

We stayed for a week in Oct 2011 and had a great time. The condo is in great shape - it was even nicer than in the pictures. Very nice kitchen, better washer and dryer than I have at home! The Elysian has a very nice private beach offering both sun and shade. There is a nice little restaurant on the beach (the fancier restaurant is still under rennovation). The pool is great, just like the pictures. If you plan to visit St Johns, this is a great home base location. Red Hook and the ferry is less than 4 minutes away. Parking was available right outside the front door, and only one flight of stairs to the beach level (this is the lower of two level of condos at the Elysian). Tips: when shopping for groceries, be prepared for airport prices... and use the grocery in Red Hook vs. the one that's about a mile away towards Charlotte Amelie. Banana daiquiris and mountain top are good. The Baths are great, pick a trip that lets you stay for a few hours. Don't let everyone sell you on the Pain Killers at Jost Van Dyke - the 'Nilla Killas' are better! You can't carry back enough coconut rum.

I stayed at Rick and Susan's condo Aug 10-17. Went with my wife, 18 yr old daughter, and another couple. Found the place clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The condo is even better than it looked in the photos. The two restaurants at the resort were still closed but not a big deal for us because we were always out and about exploring the island. The pool at the resort was a large resort style pool that is open until late, which is good for us because we would get back to the condo after dark and head straight to the pool. The ferry to St. John is very close to the condo and fare is only $6 each way. Would recommend eating at Happy Fish (sushi) in St. John, Mafolie, Fish Tails, Latitude 18, and Senor Pizza. For local Carribean food we enjoyed Gladys and Cuzzins in Charlotte Amolie. Disappointed with Iggies and Bouda Sushi. Fish at Iggies was way overcooked and crab pot was horrible. Bouda sushe added 20% tax on bill instead of 20% tip and since it was our first night we almost gave waiter a 40% tip when was not deserved because food was not that good. Will dfinitely rent one of Rick and Susan's places in the future--already planning next years vacation!

We stayed at Rick and Susan's condo in the Elysian Beach Resort from August 5th through the 9th and thoroughly enjoyed our time there! The accommodations and amenities were exactly as described on the website or better in most cases. The condo is very comfortable, clean and well located for spending time at the beach or at the resort pool. We found getting around the island to be quite easily done in our rental car, some recommendations are the kayaking and snorkeling tour of the Mangrove Lagoon and enjoying a delicious meal at The Old Stone Farmhouse restaurant by Magen's Bay. I would highly recommend renting this condo to anyone planning a trip to St. Thomas.

We stayed in this condo at the Elysian Resort from 8/5-8/9/11 while in St. Thomas to attend a wedding. The rental process itself went very smoothly, Rick and Susan provided great advice and assistance prior to our arrival and promptly refunded our security deposit once we had returned home. The condo itself is very comfortable, clean and has all the amenities you need and more!. We loved hanging out at the resort beach and the snorkeling was as good or better than other locations on the island. We did the "Eco-Tour" of the Mangrove Lagoon and had a great dinner at the Old Stone Farmhouse restaurant, both are great experiences. We rented a car and had no problem traveling between Magen's Bay, Red Hook and Charlotte Amelie. The only issue was we never wanted to leave the condo! I would happily rent from Rick and Susan again if I ever have the opportunity to return to St. Thomas.

We stayed at this condo this past summer in June (better late than never right?) Anyway, our family had an amazing time while we were here! The condo was extremely accommodating to all of us. Even though the restaurants on the resort were all closed there were other restaurants close by that were delicious. These restaurants include: Lobster Grill, Pesce, and the Caribbean Saloon in Redhook. We also spent time at Duffy's Love Shack, which is a local bar in Redhook that has a great staff and provides a fun and exhilarating environment. We went parasailing and jet skiing while we were down there, which I highly recommend. We did both of these water activities at Sapphire Bay which was really close to the resort. I highly recommend renting a car to get around the island, even though driving on the left side of the road is a little awkward at first. We took the car onto the car ferry one day and went over to St. John. While we were here we visited numerous beaches and really enjoyed the peace and serenity of the island. Susan and Rick provided a great list of activities for us to do, as well as a fantastic place for us to spend our time down there. The condo itself was perfect - there were 2 decks, one upper and one lower, which we spent a decent amount of time. There were also very spacious rooms. I would highly recommend staying here!

We stayed in Rick and Susan's condo April 9-16. I did a ton of research before visiting St. Thomas, having never been there and never rented through Homeaway or VRBO. Also we had another couple joining our family of 3 so I wanted it to be really nice! Rick called us immediately after our inquiry which was nice because other homeowners I contacted did not respond quickly, and after speaking to him I felt more comfortable with our choice. He recommended renting a car at the airport which is really the best option to see the whole island. It doesn't take long to get used to driving on the left. 5 of us fit comfortably with luggage in a mid-size sedan (Camry). When we reached the condo we were amazed at how beautiful it is and how much space there is! The master bedroom is almost like a seperate suite, it even has a separate entrance, so there is a lot of privacy. The kitchen has anything you would ever need to cook anything from a gourmet meal to a sandwich. I was jealous because it is so much nicer than my kitchen at home! My little girl loved being in the loft and going out to see the stars which are so much brighter than at home. There are directions posted on how to use everything, down to the washer/dryer, lights, garbage. This is so nice because when you are in a new place you can waste a lot of time trying to figure out everything. We loved the pool and were happy to be able to get fresh towels from the hotel desk. All the staff were very friendly. The property was beautiful and we had quite a few meals at Ainsley's, we loved the fish sandwich! We bought groceries at the Food Center on the way in, I would recommend going to Marina Market at Red Hook instead. They have nicer produce and meat and deli counters. We were very happy to be able to make our own breakfast and we did use the grill on the balcony one night for dinner, it worked out fine. We took the ferry to St. John and went to Trunk Bay, just a stunning beach. We also went to Magen's Bay which can't be compared to Trunk Bay, but we loved watching the pelicans diving for fish. None of the beaches we went to were crowded, but we checked the cruise ship schedule just to be sure. It is also nice to get up early and walk over to the Ritz Carlton to see their grounds. Some other restaurants we tried were Pesce (great) and Fish Tails (fabulous views and great breakfast). Coral World is a must see as well. We can't wait to go back! I miss it already!

We spent one week February 25- March 6, 2011 at this lovely unit. This is a spacious, clean unit with nicely kept grounds leading out to the beautiful beach. The unit was well supplied with paper supplies and soaps, also a nice selection of spices for cooking. A nice assortment of pots and pans. It was not necessary to use the air conditioning with the nice flow of air through the large glass sliding doors in the living room and both bedrooms. Comfortable sofa with good TV reception in the living room. We would definately return.

From the moment we made the reservation, Rick and Susan could not have been more accommodating. I had a question about which boat tour to take and Rick called me personally to talk to me about my options (we ended up taking the Breakaway to the BVIs which we LOVED- the 'Nilla Killas at Soggy Dollar Bar are the best!) The condo worked very well for us- we had 4 adults. Everything was labeled so you knew what it's purpose was and the decks were very nice. The grill was also unexpected and very nice, we just went into town and bought groceries most days. It was also nice that there was snorkel gear, this saved us a lot of money. The condo is in a good location on the island, very convenient for going to St. John's and the BVIs. I would definately recommend this condo to anyone- the same price or cheaper than a hotel and much nicer. It is also very nice to have the pool and restaurants on site. Rick even called while we were down there to see if we were enjoying our stay. You can tell they really put a lot of thought into their condo and care whether or not their guests enjoy it. We had a great time and can't wait to go back! Would also recommend Duffy's- that is a very fun place!

Our first "extended" stay on St. Thomas, and everything lived up to expectations. The property was very well kept, and the maintenence staff was VERY responsive when the outside ice machine blew a hose and soaked the hall. All the recomendations from Rick were spot on, the food at Robert's and Blue Havana were fantastic. We recommend having a "pain killer" as often as possible, our favorite at Magens beach. We took the car ferry twice to St. Johns, to snorkel at Trunk Bay, but swells sent us south on our 2nd trip to Salt pond where we swan with turtles. The condo and location was perfect for our needs, family of 4, kids 21 &15, can't wait to return! (stars and moon at night on upper deck, how terrible!) First time that "Dad" got his own bathroom and shower. Our only minor setback was "attempting" to get beach towels from the front desk. Our tip is to get them ASAP, and then keep and wash on your own. One more thing... DRIVE LEFT / DRINK RIGHT!

I am an obsessive planner and pride myself on booking trips and activities for my friends that are top notch. I'm known amongst my friends for this, so when my 30th birthday was upon me expectations were high. None of my friends (ages 25 - 34) nor I had ever been to the VI's so I did as much homework on the trip as possible. I knew we needed a great kitchen since I love to cook, and a great space since my friends and I, despite our party side, are not slobs and actually do care to stay in a nice place with room to move and intended on doing a lot of relaxing and resting. It's vacation afterall. In all cases you can never be too sure when booking a place you've never been, but this condo did not disappoint and I excitedly accepted the high fives and compliments about the condo upon arriving. "You've done it again and never disappoint!" my friends said, as I wiped the sweat off of my brow in relief. Whew! What a great unit! It was absolutely perfect and would fit just about any vacation situation (friends' getaway, romantic, family, etc.). It's nice that it is part of the resort so you can take advantage of the pool and other facilities if you'd like, but the unit is big enough where you feel like you're in a small house at times and forget you're actually on a resort. Rick and Susan give plenty of information on the unit, activities and tricks and tips about the area. As much as everyone recommended renting a car, I knew we'd be drinking quite a bit and didn't want to chance anything so cab fares got a bit annoying, but it's the price you pay for safety (especially since they drive on the other side and we'd have no idea where where we were going). I honestly could not have asked for more. Thank you for letting us use your beautiful condo and help to make my 30th birthday the best time of my life (and making me look good to my friends)!!!!!! It was perfect!!!!!

A wonderful condo! Great location, property very clean and well-maintained. Beach area very nice with plenty of chairs and access to water sports. Would definitely recommend renting a car if you plan on traveling around the island at all--well worth the $$. Red Hook nearby with lots of restaurants however our favorite restaurants were at the Elysian--Robert's and Ainsley's. Owner provided very helpful information about the island.

Our accomodations were perfect. This very spacious condo was perfect for our family of four 2 adults and 2 kids (ages 10 & 7). Everything was perfect (amenities was supplied to us) right down to the firm matress and soft pillows. The condo is very safe and the staff within the resort are very friendly. Lastly, Rick (the owner) surprised us with a followup phone call to see if all is well, needless to say, he has great attention to detail and absolutely pampered us. Some of the must do's in St. Thomas: Snorkeling in Coki Beach (yes I know, it's a questionable beach, but the barkers are all friendly). Don't forget the dog biscuits to feed the fish! Buy the MILK BONES (no other substitute as they get soft in the water). Buy the milk bones @ the FOOD CENTER (yes this place is slightly expensive but convenient). Secret Harbour is good as well. Trunk Bay @ St. Johns - Another perfect spot for snorkeling. Believe it or not, we found Havensight to be the cheapest for sourvenirs. If you plan on shopping for jewelry, KNOW YOUR PRICE. Just because the island is tax free doesn't make it the cheapest. Perfect Restaurant: Fish Tales. Try the China Great Wall (@ Havensight) if you are craving for Chinese. If you get a chance, try the local mangos, they are delicious. A fruit stand AFTER Donkey Hill is where I purchased mine. If you're driving, then watch out for drivers after a rainfall. The roads can be very slippery. Last but not least, don't believe everything you hear. Use your common sense and stay away from iffy areas you are not comfortable with. Relax and have fun, don't forget to stay hydrated!

Our family of five stayed here for a week and we absolutely loved it. Great location, the condo was exactly as pictured, so clean and well-maintained. The owners were very helpful and gave us lots of information about the area. This was our first time in St. Thomas - the beaches were beautiful and most had good snorkeling, too. Cowpet Bay is a lovely little beach, and it was great being close to Red Hook so we could take the ferry to St. John. We would definitely recommend this condo - we were so sad to leave - our kids want to come back next year!

If you are looking for a place to stay in St. Thomas, look no further. My wife, 9-year old son and I just returned from the island and had a wonderful time, even though the weather wasn't great during our stay. Shortly before we arrived, I read some bad reviews about the Elysian Resort itself concerning the age of the property and the condition of the rooms. However, once we got there, all my fears were gone. The description of the unit and photos provided were spot on. We especially enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen, flat screen TVs, inkjet printer and snorkeling gear. The unit and the rest of the resort were clean and very well maintained. My son particularly enjoyed the waterfall/grotto at the pool. We did alot of touring and exploring while on the island and the East End location proved to be an excellent home-base. We visited Sapphire Beach, Magen's Bay, Coral World, and went on a kayak and snorkel tour through Virgin Island Ecotours (which I highly recommend!). We were also able to take the ferry over to St. John where we went to the most beautiful beach I have every seen, Trunk Bay. Rick and Susan, the owners of the condo were extremely helpful in organizing our trip. They provided us with detailed info on the unit and island itself before our arrival. This information was invaluable. They were very responsive to our questions and a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for excellent accommodations, great location and a reasonable price. My family and I will definitely return. Recommended activities, attractions, etc: Trunk Bay (St. John), Coral World, Virgin Island Ecotours, Magen's Bay, Crazy Crackers (St. John), Udder Delight, Fungi's, Red Hook, Drive the Virgins (this is a CD we left in the unit for future visitors that includes a 2-3 driving tour of St. Thomas)

After visiting the island several times and staying in different locations, I must say that this is by far the most well appointed condo I have had the pleasure of using. It is nothing less than perfect. The colors, spacious rooms, appliances/furniture-u name it...5 star top notch. We loved it. Family of 5 with room to spare!!! The location if fantastic-close to grocery stores, hiking when you know where you are going, travel to other beaches, boat-sail-snorkel trips...it is all great. I could get to places quickly which I like..and I always rent a car for that reason. I am use to the narrow windy roads and driving on the left. The beach life is relaxing and clean with great swimming. You will not be hassled and will enjoy the beach bar immensly ..(Ainsleys) The food is great. Happy hour is a huge hit and fun(3-5pm). Various kinds of local musicians at night-very nice touch. There were plenty of fish and even rays when snorkeling. You can see alot right in front of the resort..we did. And finally, after a day in the sun where-ever you go, then have dinner, the freshwater pool and hot-tub become a great place to meet and visit other travelers. We had a great time and could not say anything negative about this rental...you will love it.

Had a great time here and thanks for your attention to our needs and all details you added. A tip for those looking for seclusion. In St. Thomas, right after Red Hook on your road to Coki Beach there is a dirt road (safe) that will bring you to a secluded beach, known by locals who call it Linquist beach (not sure about that one). Thanks again. We will come back!!

We had an awesome time at your beautiful condominium! We feel so lucky to have found you on the VRBO website, especially with such short notice. The amenities you provide for your renters are above and beyond (not to mention all the “leftovers” you gave us before you left)! Our boys loved the loft and especially appreciated the huge television… Happy hour at the Elysian pool bar was a nightly event, along with the hot tub and pool. St Thomas beaches, need I say, are outstanding! We loved Duffy’s Love Shack, Molly Malones and also the Rib Shack. Note to future tenants, the Marina Market is Red Hook is much more reasonably priced than the larger Food Center. Also, our experience at Roberts was less than enjoyable, unfriendly waitresses, undercooked food, super slow service (we were not in a happy!). Only had breakfast there so maybe it was an “off” day…regardless…Everything was fabulous! You’re great people and we’ll be back!!!

December 20 to December 27, 2008: We had a great Christmas time in St Thomas. Your condo is beautiful, extremely well equipped and in a superb location. We enjoyed the local beaches which was very quiet during the time we were here. Snorkeling around the island was fantastic. We also visitied the BVI’s – a must seeing since half of our party was British. Virgin Gorda and the other islands were great to see. We also went back to Udder Delight a couple of times – delicious!!! Our best meal was Christmas day at Hinds’ Restaurant in St John. Otherwise we enjoyed Duffy’s Love Shack. Thanks for a great Caribbean Holiday.

We will definitely be back!! In fact we are due back in March. Finally ate at Budda Sushi. The kids insisted. Despite its outward appearance it was very nice inside and the food and sushi was quite good. Coki Beach is quite the scene but we prefer the serenity of the Elysian beach. Thanks again for your hospitality.

July 26 to August 2, 2008 - We had a great time at this condo. It is the perfect home base for your travels around St. Thomas and the various surrounding islands. The description in the listing is completely accurate. What they don't tell you is how well the owner has stocked this condo for its guests. We have rented numerous vacation rentals throughout the US and this one is by far the best stocked unit that we have rented. We were surprised to find both soft and hard coolers for us use, as well as blue ice to put in them, (I brought a soft cooler because I did not expect to find one here), snorkeling equipment (we did not bring fins due to the space they would take up in our luggage - no need there are at least 6 sets here of various sizes), DVD's for both adults and kids, all your necessary kitchen utensils - including a blender to make your own tropical drinks right down to chip clips, coffee filters, soft soap, dish soap, etc... With two little girls that are picky eaters, we used the kitchen a lot. Between the condo, the beach and the pool at this location, we had a great vacation here. The Lins, IL

July 5 to July 12, 2008: You have an awesome condo! The place is decorated so nice and can’t wait to stay here again. We enjoyed sightseeing on St Thomas as well as St John. We chartered a boat one day and went island hopping – what an amazing day.Really great food here – Robert’s and Ainsley’s are great. We found the best sushi place ever – “Shinsen”. To top off a great trip was that the other couple here with us – my sister and her boyfriend – got engaged on the beach here at the Elysian!! Very exciting. Thanks again for an awesome vacation.

June 21-28, 2008. We had the best family vacation ever! Fantastic accomodations at an excellent location. Went swimming and snorkeling every day at different beaches. Really enjoyed Molly Malone's,Ainsley's pizza, Duffy's Love Shack, Udder Delight and Soggy Dollar Bar on Jost Van Dyke. Took the Breakaway excursion for snorkeling, BVI, and the Baths of Virgin Gorda and we'd highly recommend it. Very relaxing and enjoyable. We would love to visit again. June 8 to June 15, 2008: Thank you for our comfortable stay in your condo – so clean and nicely decorated. Having a beach and pool so close was great. Stayed here with my daughter, son-in-law, his sister, a two year old, and five month old grandson. We enjoyed Coral World and recommend it to all – fascinating sea life and coral reef. Watched a “fish feed” – fed stingrays, petted baby sharks, and saw a sea lion show. Also had photo-ops in the larakeet (tropical bird) area where we fed nectar to them and they landed on us (especially hats!).Also went to Havensight and rode the sky cable up the mountain (a 7-min ride). What a breath-taking view. The shopping was very reasonable, lots of neat souvenirs that are small and easy to take on plane ride home. A parrot and other tropical birds show was very cute, too. Also went to St John - Truck Bay – really cool snorkeling close to shore. Shopped at Mongoose Junction – loved it. There was a fine Deli sandwich, salad shop in air conditioning (Yes!).

April 10 to April 17, 2008: Our vacation was fantastic! This unit is absolutely beautiful – everything we needed – we’d like to come back again! We had a fun day at St John (took the car ferry over) – driving over there is quite the adventure – go to Skinny Legs, great burgers and drinks. Also enjoyed Latitude 18 and Duffys. Spent a lovely day at Magen’s Bay and definitely stop for milkshakes at Udder Delight. We love St Thomas, everyone is warm and friendly. The grounds at the Elysian are gorgeous – this is the best place to stay. Thank you!

March 7 to March 14, 2008: We truly enjoyed our visit. Your condo and the view is great. We really enjoyed the beach. We took a trip to Magen’s Bay and loved it. Also we took a sunset sail on the “Fury” out of the Marriott Frenchmen’s Reef – “Great”. Found Latitude 18, had the best Nacho’s. Other highlights were shopping and the tram ride to Paradise Point. Thanks again for a great vacation.PS: Wish the cable connection worked better.

February 14 to February 24, 2008: Your condo is absolutely fabulous. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Our children loved their own private little loft area and we loved the layout of the place. Everything is decorated beautifully and it’s very comfortable. We’re so glad we found it! Many highlights of our trip included chartering a boat (the Sea Nymph) and exploring St John and all its lovely beaches, sailing to the Baths on Virgin Gorda on Horizons II boat, discovering that fabulous private beach off of Route 322 that only the locals know about, and dinner at the lovely Havana Blue restaurant in Frenchmen’s Reef. It was absolutely beautiful. The children enjoyed the pool and Ainsleys and we all relaxed and had a really wonderful time. Thank you for being such wonderful hosts and for your lovely condo. It was a real pleasure!

January 29 to February 12, 2008: We have been visiting St Thomas since 1989, and this our fourth stay at the Elysian. You have done an outstanding job on Units 318 & 319! We have certainly felt “at home” here. It’s convenient for the beach, Robert’s, and Ainsley’s. Definitely it is our favorite place of all those we have rented in the past. This was our friends’, Jody and Vann, first visit to the Caribbean. They want you to know how impressed they are with your condo, the Elysian, and St Thomas. We are looking forward to returning next year – same time, same place.

December 27, 2007 to January 3, 2008: Its been a great vacation. Your place is wonderful and so is the location. We’ll recommend it to all our family & friends. Future guests, Robert’s Restaurant, right on premises, is the best on the island! Be sure & see St John’s Trunk Bay – beautiful. Again thanks – we’ll definitely be back and stay here. It’s the best complex on the island. Happy New Year!

December 13 to December 17, 2007: Happy Holidays! I met my parents, aunt, uncle and cousin here at St Thomas for a pre-Christmas celebration. What fun! I stayed in this condo, upstairs in the loft; while my parents took the master bedroom downstairs. We all commented on how great we slept. We took walks along the beach every morning. This was quite the special treat – I will never forget my first trip and first stay here in St Thomas. I look forward to staying here again next year. Cheers!

November 17 to November 24, 2007: This condo is as lovely and comfortable as your other place! Once again we had a relaxing vacation in paradise, this time with our children. We found the snorkeling at Coki Beach to be spectacular. Good thing we weren’t put off by the crowds and the parking lot there! Latitude 18, a sailor’s bar and restaurant on the water and at the end of a private road close to here, was a lot of fun. Good food, drink, music – at great prices. We’ll be back. Thanks!
